Reasonable assumption given her color scheme even though her alt does change that but even then calm green eyes for a girl like her do to green being a calming color for most people makes sense and pairs well with her orange hair.

@@raialasio1574 its really by chance to be honest. She and the other operators that get the skill that increases their damage every few shots have a higher chance to proc their voices.
Its kinda confuse, some claim that she suffer blindness due to symptoms but either way no one really sure and Kroos didn't bother to explain. But one thing i do know is Kroos never take anything serious which legitimate the reason she's only 3 stars.

The only reason Kroos is only 3 stars is because both of her eyes are closed, imagine how OP she is if both of her eyes are opened.
