      Hi kapatid, about sa cassava powder and starch almost the same lang nman sila from cassava pinagkaiba lang nila ang starch kc from roots, then sa margarine ok lang nman kung walang butter, yun nga lang yung butter kc is dairy at medyo creamy unlike margarine kc made from veg oil, salamat kalapatid

      hi kapatid na Rey, ordinary cheese lang gamit ko dyan ok din nman yung pagka burn nya at mabilis lang din mag melt kc nka 180 yung oven

    nag try ako nito pero halos doble yung recipe kasi gusto mas marami...ang end result ay matigas na mala pudding bread (Filipino-style) o napaka tigas na maja blanca :-( Anu po kaya ang mali?

      Ganun po ba sayang nman po, kung nasunod po lahat ng recipe ang tingin q pde dahilan e yung tamang temperature or baka po kc na over cooked, usually na oover cooked po yan sa huli pag lalagay na yung toppings kaya dapat hnd sya ma over cooked kc titigas tlaga sya.

      @@jericonueva naisip ko nga din po na na over cooked siguro...medyo matagal din po kasing nakasalang...usually po kasi freshly grated cassava ang gamit ko, first time po akong nag try gamit ang cassava starch para mas madali kaso mukhang nasobrahan sa baking...anyway masarap naman po talaga ang recipe ninyo...thank you po sa reply.

    I tried your recipe already. Matabang sya kulang sa tamis yun recipe mo at parang syang tikoy kainin dahil parang kulang sa liquid. Saka oily sya siguro dahil sa dami ng melted butter na 1/2 cup.
