Right? It's so important that something that happens in 50% of the population be talked about openly.
I appreciate how you say that above all else, listen to your body, regardless of gender. Syncing my workouts to my cycle has helped me lose extra fat & reduce inflammation, so I'm glad ya'll are talking about this.
I'd add that pairing iron with vitamin C is great for menstruating peeps with fatigue. There are also some great research studies that menstruating peeps burn on average around 16% more calories in the luteal phase too. Thanks again! Keep up the great work!
