- Once again, I had found myself on Amazon in the wee hours of the night and decided to purchase these hair extensions!! I figured I've always been curious about hair extensions and if they're really worth it, but who wants to dish out $200 - $300 blindly? Not this girl. So here's a video of me putting on hair extensions for the first time. What are your thoughts on hair extensions?

I think the problem is there isn't enough hair for the amount of hair you have. When I ordered my boujee extensions, they asked for the thickness of my hair when I put it in a pony tail.

Hey girly! I'm a licensed cosmetologist and just givin some tips! With your hair being very thick youd have to use more than 1 pack. 2 your haircut is blunt so that's why it's not blending usually when I put extensions in..I think their hair out and point cut the ends so it doesnt look so blunt and blend beautifully. Also it doesnt feel secure because it doesnt have much to anchor into. So back combing or teasing with some hair spray it will definitely hold like a champ!!! You're so beautiful and cute and just blunt. Defff gained a subbie!

Mikilea it looks good on you! It’s just for extensions to work you usually need a layered cut! Hope you find someone!
Also don't expect suuuper long hair to blend in with short blunt hair it just won't if the extensions were shorter it might have been much easier

I like the extensions. Maybe if you backcombed your hair into the extensions it'd blend in better. My hair is so thick that it could be used as a rope to dock a boat. My Amazon experience trumps yours. All you did was compare hair color. 😏 I actually bought a pair of readers online at 3:00 A.M. because I was bored. 🧐 We both got lucky, because the readers I bought are perfect. We're such risk-takers! And you're wearing those blues, girl!

I recommend braiding the underneath or your hair horizontally, to make it blend seamlessly and avoid the shorter pierces underneath.

Yup, I’ve never had professional hair extensions, so I can’t speak for the quality as I’m sure real human hair is better /softer. But for ethical reasons, I choose not to purchase real hair. I just wanted to know what clip-in extensions would be like is all😊 Sorry if this video didn’t help🥲 I hope it was at least entertaining watching me embarrass myself😅
