Who am I?
My name is James Sinclair and I'm the founder and CEO of The Partyman Group of Companies. I started building my business when I was just 16 as a family entertainer after that I built up an entertainment agency, then moved into building a leisure and day nursery businesses. Today we operate a £30 million business which includes leisure, childcare, outdoor attractions, commercial property, arts and crafts manufacturing as well as one of the UK’s oldest Ice cream companies; The Rossi Ice Cream Company.

Hiya, I don’t know if you read these comments but I’m in the process of trying to lease a warehouse commercially and let’s face it. They don’t teach these things in schools and a lot of people keep the info. I really like the way you explain things and I was wondering if you could do any leasing warehouses or buying warehouses or commercial property in general and the things to watch out for all the basic information or where you can find it?
that, would be super super helpful for small businesses I’m sure there are other people who also find it confusing. I’m not being lazy here. I’ve done a lot of research and I’m finding that every time I think I’ve learned something, another thing else popped up that I didn’t take into account.
Another fantastic video James! I’m literally in the cycle of funding inventory with cash flow as well as investing into R&D. Our biggest problem is that we can’t hold enough stock to look after all of our wholesale customers. We just keep running out of stock 😢
