Sarah and Tommy's Masterpiece! Fantastic!
I love Sarah's work. IMO, she has impeccable taste and style. I like how the condo turned out. I think it still looks great all these years later. The only thing that was a mistake, IMO, was recovering that one designer chair, it was perfect as it was.
I love watching the process and the banter with Tommy just as much as the finished product, and I am impressed with the discerning eyes that see a sofa frame and peg it as the best choice.
New episode, thanks Abode. Great condo.
New episode. Yea! I had memorized all the other ones.
Tommy was right about that chair.
Would, truly, love to know what Tommy had done to that gorgeous 12-light, electric candelabra? Please?
I liked the couch & chairs, I didn’t really like the big black and white striped fabric. I didn’t think the table went with the contemporary vibe he wanted. I liked the lighting & curtains. Everything else was good except for the gallery wall and the diy, I think it could have been more classy
outstanding.
I know these episodes are years old, but I think this one is still a miss for me, even giving it the benefit of the doubt for the passage of time. The carpet does exactly what she says in the episode not to do; it overpowers the rest of the room. I don't care for the stick-style chairs with the bold black and white stripes. Like others, I would have left the single accent chair as-is. Well, if I love 90% of what Sara does, this one is in the 10% I don't like. I still love her shows.
I hated ALL the solids on the upholstery. The six hundred dollar accent chair was PERFECT! Didn’t love it after. Nix the pattern or clutter elsewhere for the accent chair to have stayed. Also glass tops are terribly impractical and I hate that about it.
Very nice, but for me to many nick nacks. Looks to to crowded
Yeah, not lovin’ the rug. But a great space otherwise.
Who buys a Chiar for $1,000 is completely wasting their money.
HUGE mistake to reupholster that vintage chair! The burnt chairs are UGLY. The plastic dining chairs are awful. Bet it didn't take long for this guy to get new stuff. The gallery wall and wall paper were very nice...
Excuse me buy thos tables look terrible. So the carpet and some of pillows 🤢 too much photographs why?he is not photgrapher ….
Do you have a thing against color? Greys, blacks & whites are shades. Not colors. Even an accent wall doesn't have to be overly ambitious. Especially in such a small place. Keeping it masculine could be a small wooden structure, or dark green accent wall would be nice. I'm more of a traditional person, but exceptions can be made for the right piece of furniture or accent. Sorry, but most of these pieces are not that great, and the cost is astronomical. $1000 for a chair?!? How ridiculous! It's not even a designer chair or looks that nice. It looks like it's been through a fire already. Not to my liking.
