Couldn't they also have all members give their preference on who they would like to work under and based on that match the crew? So every member would give a list of at least 2-3 name in order of preference, and the Dons can match it based on everyone preference?
no. because thatll give them the impression that their feeling matters. the dons will take synergy into consideration but whatever they say goes.
Might I propose 3 equal ranks under the Dons? The Commander(Or Colonel) The Financier(Gigi) and the Punisher(Vito) Let's be real, Vito has a history of communication and misunderstanding issues. Maybe not the best as capt, but perfect for carrying out the Don's judgements.. Then a Colonel(or commander) to fill in for captains and work with/over captains to ensure theyre all able to work together and co-ordinate..
