In an alternate universe where Lars was good, Cliff was still alive, James never cut his hair, and Kirk was fat.

These guys had their gear stolen (similar to when Metallica had theirs stolen, then James wrote Fade to Black), and Metallica bought them new equipment, when they heard about it.

Yup. True story. A rep from Metallica contacted the band and requested a list of everything stoln. They replaced everything. Even their van was gone, too. Say what you will about Lars, but he personally reached out to the band to let them know help is on the way.
This is fantastic! While I'm not a fan of their new music, I love the old stuff. To hear Metallica reached out to help these guys is AWESOME.

I have never heard Metallica, no matter what era or lineup, play this song live to the standard that these guys just did in this video. It was absolute perfection. Identical to the album track. On time, no wrong notes, etc. These guys are bad to the fucking bone.

That middle section riff before the solo always gives me goosebumps. One of Metallica's best.
