- So i completed my first 2000 pieces jigsaw puzzle and I made some mistakes! I learned some lessons and I wanna share so you don't make the same mistakes. If you are new with adult jigsaw puzzles, I have a few tips for you. Enjoy the video

You are getting smarter about what makes an easy or hard puzzle. You picked a very hard puzzle based on the image.
It's a hard puzzle to sort lots of small piles to make, but everyone does it differently, so find what's works best for you.
Sorting trays, foam boards, or even the bottoms of the boxes.
I hate sorting even on bigger puzzles, recently did 3.000 pieces without sorting, just rummage through the box.

I have another 2000 pieces for later. Right now I'm doing 1000 pieces mostly so we'll see how I do next time :)
Johnie you are so right that as a beginner or even a seasoned puzzler the Star Wars puzzle is challenging with so many details and pieces to sort. You did a great job. As you go along you will develop strategies that work for you.
Ohhh thanks for the confirmation haha I wasn't so sure. I chose something much easier for my second one. I'll wait a bit before doing another 2000 pieces.
Use white sorting tray would be easily for dark puzzle pieces. They will stand out more. I use white form boards too, very good investment.

As a beginner, I would not start with a large puzzle. 500-1000 pieces would be enough.
But I didn't know, I was an actual beginner lol
For a big puzzle which is hard like that you should sort pieces roughly on a big board and do not start from the frame start from the most distinct region and gradually you will able to find pieces
