This means you absolutely succeeded in what you were trying to do. However, if you roll a one, you get a natural 1 and ultimately fail. Depending on your Dungeon Master, it could just fail or ultimately backfire doing more harm than good. If you're interested in learning to play D&D, there is an official player handbook that tells you everything you need to know. I absolutely recommend playing! It's super fun!
If they added Genshin D&D as a side game like TCG, that we can play in co-op too with limited arching story paths, that would be stupid fun. Woupd need a lot of voice over, character art, and periodic release of new campaigns.

Lynette has a Hangout event, this was a Story quest. Story quests do not have multiple endings.
This is probably one of the best Story Quest. Hoyo definitely improving.
I m guessing you closed the game before the cutscene ended and then tried again n again to get 5% on both directions.
