      What if sleeping on your back hurts? And I'm a left and right side sleeper and back sleeper, no matter what I do or how many pillows I buy, the pain never goes away. What do you do when the pain gets worse the more you sleep ?

    you mentioned a pillo for side sleepers...arthritis, that has channel for the shoulder while raising the head. can you give an example of one. thanks
