check out satellite pictures of attack on US base in Iraq to get an idea of their tech accuracy. pin point accuracy. all the missile scored bullseye. or in their attack in Mossad base in Kurdistan Iraq which was in civilian area but only destroyed the base and except broken glass didn't harm neighboring houses. you have to be very confident in your targeting capability to target in civilian area
