The best sawmill Ive seen , really smart operation.
This machine has different speeds to up production . I've ordered this addition 1250 and the 750 multi rip saw any the cross cutter delivered for December this year , I looked at 4 different suppliers of these saws & wravor was the company I chose regarding quality & high production . Can't wait .

beautiful piece of machinery. I could imagine this will be feasible as local production pine in countries like brasil etc. Very nice, even though I am not an expert.

child labor, no eye protection, no hearing protection but they've got the fancy uniforms and accessories. nice machine. i love it when they say minimum labor but they don't count the maintenance crew required to keep it running. and the logs are automatically transported to the cutting bed i suppose.

My daddy worked at the sawmill, down at the planer mill for an old boy named Dixon. Old man Dixon was a very cruel fellow. Didn’t treat his employees well or pay them much of a wage. Didn’t pay my daddy too much of a wage. Just barely enough to get by, I reckon. I reckon he got by all right. But old man Dixon he had a boy name of Jesse Dixon. Jesse was more cruel than his daddy was. He used to make quite a bit of sport of me when I was down there at the schoolhouse.

Лазер это хорошо, а вот скорость реза маленькая, торцовку можно и автоматизировать, как в прочем и подачу в обрез.
к тому же струя опилок летит обрезчику в еблет (6.23),,стоит труба для подключения техпылесоса но его нет и скорей всего не будет а ето значит за смену там камаз опилок придётся уберать руками и тачками вывозить на улицу..зато всем выдали комбезы новые которые после видео отберут..и оператору нахуя перчатки кнопки тыцкать..ещё бы шубенки выдали
А у нас ножал кнопку и лоб мокрый.🤩🤑
Сколько он стоит боюсь даже представить сколько лет надо что бы он окупился правнуки еще работать будут

Читаю комментарии русскоговорящих пользователей и рука сама тянется к лицу...господа, ясно же что данный ролик это исключительно демонстрация станков, а не работающего предприятия. Реклама грубо говоря. К чему придирки о скорости работы и рентабельности, само собой если пилить ель или сосну и отпускать по внутренним оптовым ценам нет смысла думать о покупке такого оборудования. Стыдно должно быть за такую токсичность товарищи!
А ничего кроме роспуска это недоразумение и не умеет, посему затраты на приобретение сего чудо девайса, деньги на ветер.

So if someone actually purchases this machine with all of the automation it has he has to have someone standing there to cut the boards to length and another person to properly feed it into the planer.. You lost me after I saw that.

Hi Buddy, You sent me a price and I cannot find it, I have been battling in court with the town because they are refusing a permit to build another Building for this machine, for me I cannot understand because I have 106 acres and they are screaming this is on the ocean and not for development for industries, so as we fight, this virus has come up and now 3/4 of the town is out of work and lost their jobs so this may be a game changer for me, I wanted to tell you your shipping prices for each container were very expensive and some where the numbers had to come down, we will see as we have another court date in the beginning of August so who knows what is going to come down at that meeting but I know the men in town are making with the comments toward the town so this is a good thing!

Оборудование красиво выглядит,но штука абсолютно не рентабельна при таком количестве работников и малой скорости обработки.. Деньги на ветер...Хотя можно использовать ,если нужно чем-то занять пенсионеров (как подработка).
Зато качество! Доска к досочке! А не как в России напилить кривой хуйни да побольше, всеравно же купят ведь выбора то нет !
