If the town is poor much that can't really afford in medical treatment. Maybe at birth, the mom couldn't afford to give birth at a hospital and didn't have a proper birth. And then still didn't have money for medical accommodations. A lot of these seem like untreated mental and physical illnesses bc the town is poor. Even if they had the money, it's probably not a good doctor. But that's just my theory as someone from a little poor druggie town, lol.

@@IxoraisavampireBecause Walmart will undersell or give deals that take away customers from local stores and make them have to shut down then when Walmart has no other competitors it’s free to change its prices however it pleases because it knows that the customers have nowhere else to shop and have to rely on them. Therefore people will pay whatever Walmart will charge since they’re all they have since Walmart wiped out its local competitors. It’s kind of like how convenience stores charge more for stuff in food deserts because they know that grocery stores are too far so the locals will have to rely on the convenience stores and will pay the high prices since they’re all they have.
