    I have the RK 550 96 hours on it.Timing chain is stretched and timing is off. Also noticed gas in my oil. Can timing cause this or should I bite the bullet and do a top end rebuild or can i get by with just a timing chain replacement

      Well a topend depends. You need to do a compression check & a leak down test. Did your unit smoke? Also fuel in the oil could be due to the timing being off & the fuel just sitting on top of the piston & then running down into the crank case. Also a leaking fuel injector can cause that to happen too.

    Any idea why if I set my valve heights to .005 I still get air partially blowing out of my intake? If I set them to .010 I get more power and less air blowing back??

      Sounds like you may have a bent vavle. If you're getting blow back the means the valve isn't sealing properly ate you don't have timing correct
