Love how you have embraced Apple Vision Pro as a work from home device ! Keep up the good work
Perfect
Gen 2 is gonna be 🔥
Can’t wait for Gen 2
Love the setup! ❤
The minimalism is fantastic. Perfect for this device
I really wish the actually MacBook screen would also be on while mirroring the display
Interesting. Since you say this is a replacement for your work space, how many hours are you able to work with the AVP before getting tired with the device? I hear people get fatigue after 1-2 hours.
Fit is very important. When I first got mine I kept handing it to my partner to demo, and it would be a struggle to get my Dual Loop comfortable afterward. My cheeks would get uncomfortable after only 30 minutes or so.
After I stopped doing that (I still do share, I just give her the Solo Knit) and learned to pull the Dual Loop rear strap as low as I could, I can do sustained sessions of 1-2 hours and have done 4-5 hours with just one or two 5-10 minute breaks.
To be fair I’d be taking breaks on a traditional computer desk setup too, usually because my lower back and forearms get strained from sitting and typing at a desk. The Vision moves the strain to the face, but relieves the need to sit and some of the need to type. If you can dictate or use the floating keyboard for short bits of input, you can do a surprising amount of work standing.
Just like with any work setup, one takes breaks and with Vision Pro I do the take the headset off every hour or so. This is to lift the weight off my face and enjoy the real world around me before I go back into productivity mode with the Vision Pro
I agree! The fit is crucial and so is taking breaks
They need to add multi display support for laptop...
I couldn’t agree more. I’m sure it’ll come in future software update
