i didn't know of the hearts at first but had a major cruah on cliff anyways i gave the doctor a herb everyday trying to be helpful and all. when his heart suddenly turned purple i almost had a heart attack and was like "NO i only see you as a friend" and yeeted out lol

you have to upgrade your house and buy everything on the shopping network on your TV ( on saturdays the shopping network is on ^^ ) then you should be able to buy the bed on the shopping network as the last thing
SOMEONE HELP!! I can't trigger the purple heart event and I've tried and tried but nothing is working, please someone help
you have to give him one item a day. I recommend you give him 1 glass of milk everyday. if you don't have milk then give him 1 honey everyday (milk is better tho) and soon his heart will turn purple and trigger. oh yeah here is a tip : his birthday is autumn 19 so If you give him honey or milk on that day it will make him super happy it my even turn his heart up a level. But it took me about one and a half months (in game) to get his heart purple. so ya
If you are going inside the Hospital holding an item, then the event wont trigger. Walk into the hospital without holding an item and then the event will start.
