Thanks for the vidéo , i've read on the doc we are limited to one work type per combination of Service Territory and Work Type Group, how would set your work type differentely depending on the fact it is for example on site or by phone ( lets say 30min by phone but 1 hour onsite meeting ) ? i think we have to duplicate work type group but it feels weird !

Is it possible to add only few slots?
Ex: i want only 2 time slots to be displayed to select (i,e 11Am to 12Am and 3pm to 4pm). Is this possible?

I am facing an issue related to the Salesforce Scheduler only in community when scheduling an appointment.
I have created a new flow for scheduling appointments by using the Inbound New Appointment flow template and I have done minor changes to the flow.
Additionally, I have created records for everything like territory, service resource, work types, workgroups, operating hours, time-slots but when I am scheduling an appointment in community, on the Service Appointment Time Screen its showing me an error "There is no active Work Type Group".
I have also tried to debug the custom Inbound New Appointment flow within the salesforce as a community user and everything is working fine but not in the community.
I am not able to understand the issue here as it is working fine within Salesforce.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Based on the description, I recommend looking into Work Type group object access to the community user's profile.
Check out the help documentation here for authenticated users - help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.ls_comm_user_permissions.htm&type=5
If it is not working for you as a guest, if you are testing it in an incognito mode, I recommend checking the steps to configure for the guest experience - help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.ls_set_up_guest_users.htm&type=5
Note that if you have the Event Management setting enabled to sync up the service appt with your calendar, that does not work with the customer community license. Feel free to reach out to me over Twitter @a_kulk
