Mr Martin if you are not the best you are one of the BEST ever, I have been following you since 2006 I think. so thank you sooo much for the excelent work you share with us every single tut you create is fantastic. is very well explained
Thanks, Yariel! FYI: I started BLTV in November, 2011. :-)
thanks mr Martin, sr. in the letter I sent you there is a paragraph that said i went to library and cibercafe i think. is because sr. since back in 2006 or 2005 i have been in love with desing and Ps and maybe i mix up dates, but I can tell you since the very first time I saw your great work I suscribe in your channel and really love it. by the way finally saw you and like somebody said was great to see the face behind the great work. thanks
Looks amazing Marty! I was wondering if you could show us how you could make this picture look like it was stretched around a deep frame ..like a canvas picture on a wall? So you can see the picture looking like it continues around the edges of the frame in real life (stretched around)? and hanging on a wall ..Thanks for ur great vids : )
Great video like usual .. please I want to ask if you can tell me which video recorder you use to make this tutorial. Thank you and waiting new video.
Prachtig! Dank u.
Thanks I had tried a couple of other videos and got lost, I guess I did not invert. You made following everything easy and I figured out the brushes changes on my own.
Great to hear!
you are great big brother i love you soooooooooooooooo much
Thanks for sharing this Video :)
good work!
thanx
Hey could you make a tutorial to Make the color brown in pop art , i got a project at school ?
Hey Marty,
I've followed two of your videos, several times and I keep ending up with a photo that's inverted. I follow every thing exactly as you state but when I go over my picture with the Dry brush and then the wet brush, The trees are always yellow and there's no sky. Why do I need to Reinvert it to see it the way yours comes out without doing that?
after the color doge and adding dry water color brush I don't see any color. Nor I see legacy brushes option in the panel
Wonderful.. Can you do many and this tutorial in Affinity Photo.. It will be beneficial to millions...
Şunu kesinlikle söyleyebilirim ki: Siz bir sanatçısınız.
Nazik sözlerin için teşekkür ederim.
When I after the water color texture brush ...things keep getting lighter and disappear...
hey thanks! Though as in another tutorial, you need to specify that filter gallery is not available for CMYK and 16 bit channel, so people may need to change those image settings
I'd have to repeat that fact in almost all of my tutorials. :-P
I really like how you talk us through everything, so consider adding that little piece of info :)
I'm hooked plain and simple. I prefer to make my images (landscape & Wildlife) as natural as possible but this watercolour effect is superb and I will use it A LOT. One little bit near the end doesn't work for me though, I cant get rid of the pencil lines using the method detailed, what am I doing wrong.
Make sure the layer mask is white and your foreground color is black.
Thank you for the advice it worked a treat. Excellent tutorial.
Marty I pray to you every night you are the photoshop GOD
I using both PS CC Beta and PS CC 23. In the 2nd step, (filter-blur-smart blur) nothing blurs. I must have some box checked incorrectly??? Thanks
Make sure the correct layer is visible and active. Make sure the Pencil Lines layer above isn't visible. Also, go to Image > Mode > RGB color, 8 bits/Channel.
where can i find the brushes you used?
The brushes already exist in PS. Just follow my instructions to access them.
Blue Lightning TV Photoshop oh, but it's not in my PS. i can't find it tho. :(
thank u sir ,,, can u help me .. when i start to brush the image .. the effect did not apear ( the image remains white)
Make sure your foreground and background colors aren't inverted.
Good
Ich bewundere dich. :-)
Hi Marty. I seem to be having a similar problem others are having. I'm using Photoshop CC but for some reason when I go to my brush tool I can't reset brushes. I also can't find the the list that's depicted in your tutorial. I click on "Small List" and nothing changes or looks like your screen shots. Thanks for the tutorial.
With the Brush panel open, click the gear icon on the right to open the fly-out list. Click "Legacy Brushes". You'll see the brushes I used.
Hey Marty this is really cool but I am doing something wrong. When I get to the very last step >filter gallery>texture>sandstone>. All the colors are perfect (water blue, bridge rusty, fog is foggy). But when I click ok and now I am back in the main workspace, all the colors are faded or off - blue is purple, rust is red. I have done it about 5 times now and I mirror you every step of the way - until the last step. Does something need reseting? (Invert is not checked). Thanks
Check your Blend Mode.
Well one thing I did find - I forgot to reset my brushes back to black and white - duh, that is why everything had a funny red tone. I'll check blend modes.
