  • We love our little bikes! We purchased ours at the DYU store in Adelaide, Australia but you can check the website for other stockists. dyuaus.com.au/

    Helloo,On the website says that the motor is 500W and also 250W, what does it say the sticker on the motor of the ebike? otherwise would be illegal in UK

      @@Robyx18 Hi, sorry unable to answer your question at the moment because we’re in Penang for another month and the bikes are in Australia 😁

    Do you a find a couple of seconds delay to get power back after stopping cruise control with brake or the throttle ?

      No, we don’t seem to have that issue with our bikes

    I have a question, is it possible to activate the bike with some combination of keys without using the remote control? Thank you

      I would say no unless you're good at DYI stuff! 😂 The bike does come with 2 sets of keys

    Can 2 people sit on it? Second cushion looks like a 2nd seat but its way too low?

    • @TheMuseumofUs
      @TheMuseumofUs  Pƙed rokem

      I know! It looks like you could fit 2 on it, but the seat is very low and there are no footrests. Maybe you could add some footrests and carry a kid or small adult. You could swap it out for a basket

    Es normal que se mueva un poco la baterĂa ?

    • @TheMuseumofUs
      @TheMuseumofUs  Pƙed 8 měsĂci

      Hi, it rattles a bit but you can add a small piece of rubber mat under the battery to stop any noise.
      They are fun bikes to have and we get around on them alot but we think of them as ' a scooter with a seat'. 😁

    When I arrive at my destination I want to lock the bike to something with a chain and padlock. On my usual bike I would pass the chain through through the triangle form by the cross bar. There seems to be nothing similar to pass the chain through on this bike when its folded. Any suggestions?

    • @TheMuseumofUs
      @TheMuseumofUs  Pƙed 6 měsĂci +1

      This is a issue but we manage to tie up through the wheels or wrapping the lock around a couple of times to make it shorter. Also when we can, we’ll take the battery and sometimes the seat as well to make the bike less appealing to thieves

    Can I carry a kid on the back?

      It looks like it but not really
 not sure what the seat at the back is for? I don’t think the tire would handle it đŸ€·â€â™‚ïž
