The interviews from this kid in the moment of the National Championship benching gives me chills. How about coming into the next year talking about how most couldn't handle the situation but he feels God has put him in it specifically for a purpose. Knowing all we know now, this shit is absolutely incredible....

I couldn’t possibly agree more with everything you just said. Dude was a teenager(!!!) in 2018 when the whole getting benched situation happened in Alabama. Think about that. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I’ve asked Siri how old he is just to make sure he’s not his mid 50s when it comes to his demeanor/personality/leadership. It’s astonishing how impressive he is in every meaningful way both on and off the field. I’ve never seen anything like it from a guy this young. Flat out.

Shannon and Steven A. , Booger tried to ruin Jalen. They wasn't talking bad about him until that Championship game. People acted like they hated him after that game. Tua was never better than Jalen. I went to watch their practice in Tuscaloosa, I talked to a few players I knew. They told me, Tua and Najee Harris went behind players backs and was threatening to transfer. Damien Harris and Josh Jacobs were benched in the National Championship. Players that was coming back after the Clemson stomping of Tua left because they were upset Jalen didn't get a chance. These fools in the media didn't talk to nobody or did their homework.

Bama fan here. Honestly Tua was a better passer in college. Jalen knew what he had to work on, and he did. Credit to him. Some know what their weaknesses are but do not put in the work to get better. I like both of my QBs. Happy to see Jalen doing his thing.

Love this kid man, hes so humble, hes as mature as they come, and holds himself accountable, as long as he stays true to that hes gonna do amazing things in his career, hes an amazing athlete that obviously works hard and earns everything he gets. This was a great decision by the Birds, this kid is only gonna get better as time goes.

I told ALL of you Hurts hating frauds after his 1st FULL season as our starting QB that he was going to EXCEL in his 2nd season as our starting QB. Why? Because it was going to be the 1st time, since his high school days, that he would be in the EXACT same offensive system/scheme in back to back years. Familiarity breeds SUCCESS!!! Before that happened, he was in different offensive systems/schemes every year when he was in college and in his rookie season under Douggie P.
