Over time, my face lost its glow, acquired dark spots and blemishes that seemed to multiply despite my efforts with different skincare routines.
After extensive research, I finally got litttleextra rice berry face serum and began applying it beneath my sunscreen. Weeks passed, and the serum started to work its magic. The spots slowly faded away, revealing a smooth and more even-toned complexion.
Apart from this, I started washing my face three times a day. Next, I started drinking about six glasses of water daily. I tried to eat less junk food, and I started getting myself involved in physical activities so that I could have a wonderful sweat on my face. All this worked, and I achieved a nice glow on my face.

When work keeps me up all night, this Riceberry Vitamin C serum is my preferred remedy. It works to mask the effects of tiredness, lessening dark spots and giving my skin a much-needed glowing boost. This way, I can face the day with confidence.

Ingredients:
3 bay leaves
1 cup water
1 tsp fenugreek seeds (methi seeds)
Boil for 7-10 mins, till it reduces to 5-7 tsps
Sieve/strain
Add 1-1.5 tsp pure aloe vera gel
Add 1 tsp either coconut oil or sweet almond oil or apricot oil
Add only 3 capsules of Vitamin E- (If U have oily skin)
Mix well & store in a glass container in the fridge for 7-10 days
Massage on face after washing ur face, try it for 7-10 days
If U have good digestion & U eat fruits & vegetables,
then this topical application will help.

Cloves are spicy & can burn, so no cloves. Most Asian stores carry Fenugreek,
or try on-line, they last a long time as little goes a long way;)

Want to try. If the serum can be stored in fridge, then l think coconut oil should be avoided. If one has to thaw the serum before use everyday, it may start stinking as the ingredients were boiled & also due to the temp change everyday.

@@gowriprakash5145 I use about 2 table spoon of Fenugreek seeds in three cups of water and boil untill half cup of water remains then seive it and use water on my hair after it cools using spray bottle leave it for an hour or so and rinse it off with water use mild shampoo next day. This is what I do and has worked for me!
