When I came across the S Triad "clue", my immediate thought was that the character played by Susan Twist had discovered a TARDIS (maybe in the future) and used it travel in time, and use/market Timelord technology - a bit like that story in Star Trek: Voyager.

What if instead of literally being a humanoid Tardis she's just trapped inside it? I think there's a possibility she's the Doctor's biological mother, and her memories and personality are trapped inside the fob watch that the Doctor dropped inside the Tardis (hence why it's supposed to have answers about the Doctor's past)
Love the theory but I think that may be too reliant on previous knowledge of the last era to work for new viewers and therefore something they would avoid. I might be wrong though.
I greatly admire the fact that, just as was the case with Harold Saxon, the roots have been set well in advance of this arc being fulfilled. Perhaps the character could be a more independent time ship, having escaped the tangible shell of a conventional TARDIS to seek more meaningful existence. In any case, great video and fantastic theories.
I read shadows of avalon as a teenager, it's an absolutely mad book, I only read sporadic entries in the EDA range, so I was missing some context leading into that one but it was just... it was just a lot. Susan Twist also popped up on a few old episodes of Brookside from 1985, which I saw recently, whatever the explanation turns out to be, my headcanon is going to squeeze that character in as part of it because I was really pleased with myself for spotting her in it.

I don't know if this at all applies or anything but your group of three theory made me think about an article I think from Radio Times where there's little hints at what's coming up with the Steven Moffatt back on board and those three things are: Antelope, moment and drums. I definitely think there will be something wrong with the Tardis maybe this theory is a possibility if it's not a human Tardis maybe Triad Technology is damaging the Tardis in someway or maybe it's been damaged because it was split apart in the giggle, before that the coffee thing, and then what happened during Flux, she's definitely been put through a lot 😂
