- A trip to the Subantarctic Islands with Heritage Expeditions in December 2012 to see some exciting wildlife. Visit the King and Royal Penguin colonies on Macquarie Island, the Southern Royal Albatross breeding grounds among the megaherbs on Campbell Island,Light-mantled Sooty Albatross and Auckland Island Snipe on Enderby Island and breeding Hooker's Sea-lions on the beach.
I LIKE AND LOVE THE BIRDS
I wish this was an hour long.
Thanks Alan. It was many hours long, especially in the very rough seas, 'confined to bunks' ,but unfortunately the editing takes even longer.
what an awesome time you guys must have had, I'd love to do a voyage like this and also visit Tasmania too. some beautiful footage and captures there and thanks very much for sharing =)
Hi grandad 🍉
Hi Mia. Sorry to be so behind in my replies. Hope you'll see the penguins one day.
