I have a mk4 Jetta and a e36, both are great in their own respects, but honestly the driver position, the pedal placement, the steering, everything just shows the e36 as being a real driver car. You just sit in the driver seat in an e36 and everything is pointed at you like a cockpit.The jetta feels like a boaty commuter with a good amount of power, but throw it into a corner and realize that it wasn't really made to do that. The engines are completely different, and until you rev out a BMW straight 6 you don't know what linear power really is. The jetta feels as fast at 2200rpms than at 5000rpms.
Rwd is always more fun.

Everyone immediately dumps the clutch and rides it around to pointing the correct way....its like second nature. Nice I just bought the 200k mile rusty track version only with 4 doors. M50 mani swap supersprint 60mm blah blah...ill stay tuned.

Other than that... I saw your car again. Mine is beautiful I must say but yours is fkn fire. That e36 is goddamn sick. I don't use Instagram but I will open one up just so I can see it more.
I'm not sure how much that SLR kitty will help but currently I'm running no spacers behind 225/50, no problems. But up front, I'm running 235/45 with 25mm spacers and let me tell you it doesn't sound happy at least 2-3x a day. Over a bump they screetch like hell as well. And all of that on "17 BBS et34 J8.5. Now mine is not an M and I don't have coilovers still so... there's that. I hope you'll be happy with them though!
P. S... Please don't do it to VW... or your friend... Not to offend but your e36 is out of that Golf's league. He seems like a good guy... perserve his feelings and love for his car lol.

Hahahahahahhahahahahahahahahaha. I own the mk4. I'm not scared. It will be fun to compare a 15k+ valued car to my sub 3.5k valued car. Both are fun but oh so different.
you should turbo check out @throtl e36 m3 $1400 cxracing turbo 12-14 psi and he’s had it for 2 years no problems

Within normal camber doesn't wear tires, toe does...

Even my 235s do a lot! But when grip is needed, it does provide. (Pilot Sport 4S set on mine)

Gavin, do you recommend me to install polyurethane for control arm bushings and others? I want to know if the car is extremely stiff or isn't that much different than the rubber ones. AKA the lollipops bushings.
I will quote Matt Farah...."everyone likes drifting, until they wrap their car around a tree. it's not a matter of if you crash, it's when" Drive safe homie lol, maybe consider drifting in something less valuable than a sub 100k mile e36 that's rising in value fast!!

Can we have an update? Did you get it retuned on the 24s and did you fix the issue
I'll get into that a little deeper in a video coming up. Haven't had a retune yet but I still need to. Waiting to install another mod before I get the tune. Issue didn't get solved with the injectors, but it helped since the car was running lean.
What lip are you running on the front, looks really good. I want one for my E36.
