WHAT ARE ZEROES ? [ Part 1 ]
An easy concept but very important, hardly take 5 minutes to grasp. If you are in your class 9th or class 10th, this video is for you. In this video we learn about zeroes of a linear polynomial. This is part one. In part two and three you learn how to find zeroes of a quadratic and a cubic polynomial or equation.

Solution for Homework Question :
If K(x) = 3x + 2
-
Consider : 3x + 2 = 0
So, 3x = -2 and
x would be : -2/3 or x = -2/3
Therefore, Zero/Zeroes of this linear polynomial/equation shall be : -2/3

If K(x) = 3x + 3
Consider: 3x+2 = 0
=3x=-2
-2/3
x= -2/3

1. Every Real number is a 'zero' of the zero polynomial.
2. 0 may or may not be zero of the polynomial.

4. Integral zeros of a polynomial
5. Rational zeros of a polynomial.
6. A polynomial may not have real zeros.

1. Is additive identity and additive inverse and multiplicative identity and inverse the properties of rational numbers?
2. Sir, please tell the type of rational number somewhere it's written positive negative and zero but somewhere it's written integers fractions decimals etc. So please tell me the correct answer.
3. Is zero rational number a type of rational number?
4. Sir terminating decimals are non recurring right? And non terminating are recurring? So how can we say rational or irrational on the basis of terminating and non terminating and recurring and non recurring decimals? Please tell.
5. How can we add, subtract, divide or multiply infinite?
6. Difference between fraction and fractional numbers?
7. Infinite vs infinity vs infinitely difference
8. Is there any zero rational number as type of rational number?
