    Previous class you told
    Degree of remainder will always be less than of divisor
    But when we divide 9 by 2
    Degree of divisor i.e. 2 is 0
    Degree of remainder i.e. 1 is 0.

      But 0 is not less than 0
      Thank you for pointing this out! You are absolutely correct. The degree of the remainder will always be less than the degree of the divisor when we divide polynomials. In this case, we divided 9 by 2, so the degree of the divisor (2) is 0 and the degree of the remainder (1) is also 0. However, since the remainder is not equal to 0, we can say that the degree of the remainder is still less than the degree of the divisor.
