I really enjoyed that game and couldn't take a breath till the end of it ... That noc pick was insane plus banning 3 ad's for Deft ... The moment i saw top n bot equal early game i knew its over .

The scariest part is that I don't get how 369 able to managed to be equal after one death after TP to the lane by jungle gank.

Yifang Zhang 369 froze the wave right above his tier 2 turret. This way he was able to control the wave and catch up on farm while forcing Quinn to overextend. It was a pretty big brain play even LS was impressed.
Mitchell Bruce Sioni it was funny because LS usually hates in renekton and how the pick is trash, before the game he said B1 renekton when TES picked it. But during the game he was so impressed by 369s wave freeze catch up strat and his itemization haha

At max range and those items, the q would do about 300-450 + (ludens echo procc) damage. So no it missed. I dunno how you saw that it hit TF because it didn't, the damage TF took was from the raptors hitting him. The way I see it is that he completely missed the q.

I don't know why Deft picked the Draven... He's an amazing adc but he looked super uncomfortable on the pick, and you just cannot afford doing that against JackeyLove (who btw, as many have said, makes Senna look so damn good).
Also, Quinn/TF is great but that Nocturne pick just destroyed DRX's plan. As much as I was with DRX and wanted them to win, this was well-played and deserved by TES. Would really like to see them face DWG.

This year they r going easy right now in groups and will prolly be ramping up against stronger teams. G2 vs SN was outright a crazy match and definitely among the best matches so far in worlds.

I support DRX since the KZ days and I wanted them to win, but I am happy that they had a good showing here, even having a lead and also turning the game at some point. Of course, TES is just a beast and I think the only team that stands a 50-50 chance of beating them is DWG with the current level of play of all teams.
dwg is significantly better than tes. drx didnt stand a chance against dwg but they almost beat tes. also, they kinda bodied jdg, ik its only one game but it was so one sided

DWG played a clean game vs JDG and got an easy smash. That's it. There is still a long way to go, and I think TES and DWG will be a full 5 game series if they ever meet.
Well, so far, I still think DWG vs TES is more like 60% vs 40% win. Since in LPL Summer, JDG vs TES is like 50-50.

Renek vs quinn lee tf, can withstand like more than 5 seconds. Nocturne made quinn useless. The champ of each sides adc is not important but nocturne made time for senna to get more stacks and 1v 9
DRX already lost at drafting. TES's team is so tanky meanwhile all of DRX's champions are squish.
Well it was mostly because they got good rng with all those mountain drakes and Renek + Nid decided to itemize very smartly by building tanky and supportive items instead of full damage.

They were up in gold early game because of TF passive but they should’ve pushed for more advantages when they caught out Knight and aced the rest of TES. Idk Drx isn’t that great compared to DWG.

Literally no TES member died, they just ran over drx. DRX needed to get ahead to even try to win and when they did get the lead, TES just out macroed them and caught up.

Chovy is a good Twisted Fate player. That nocturne destroyed their comp.
The idea of their comp (DWG) is to snowball and split push since Rennekton is basically useless. But that surprise Nocturne ruined it all for them. They have no business winning straight front to back teamfight or 5v5 team fight in general (especially with no frontline and 3 immobile carries), and they can't do what their team supposed to do bc of that fed Nocturne.

Hell. Quinn is definitely the counter to top renek. And for most of the game renek really had a hard time laning as well as creeping. However nobody wouldve expected the nocturne pick. This single pick alone prolly threw DRX into a mess. Chovy was trying all game to try contain/limit the nocturne. And also JKL stepped up huge in the bottom lane. Sienna aggression non stop.

If DRX played better bot then they would have won.
It's the Nocturne mid that really screwed the 2 DRX side lanes over. DRX draft draven bot and Quinn top, which both are heavy favor match up against Renek and Senna. The Noc mid is very smart because now neither of the two side lanes could really go aggressive against TES due to the fear of Noc ult. DRX side lanes always play with fear of getting the noc ult, they couldn't play much to their full champs potential. But then again you cannot take the credit away from JKL and 369, they handle their lane very well.
This is the best caster duo for now :)

DRX was ahead for the first half of the game against one of the top 3 teams in the world yet you act like they got murdered.
If it took TES to beat DRX with multiple misplays (even made some errors against FlyQuest), there will be no competition between DWG and TES. In LCK reg and playoffs, DWG absolutely DESTROYED DRX, constantly sweeping them 3-0 and 2-0 and always before the 30 minute mark, ever since the middle of the summer season when the meta changed. The meta and strats are still the same so things won’t change. DWG will destroy TES, probably in 4 games if they play against each other. DRX is very inconsistent but DWG is the definition of consistently winning lanes and winning jungle priority every game. GenG is a coin flip too sometimes, it took them a long time to beat an LGD team that barely qualified for the play-ins going 1-3
