As a Titanfall 2 fan I was super fanboying throughout just off the title alone. Northstar is a titan archetype from the series and Kairi/Valkyrie is the daughter of the legendary titan pilot Viper... also know as the most epic boss in Titanfall 2

Oh no, you picked an odd short to start watching since this episode connects with an entirely different game called titan fall 2. Which is where blisk, viper and vipers mech comes from. Titanfall 2 came out in 2016 and is what inspired Apex legends

Apex has supplementary material in the game and outside. Since season 5 the game started having short stories, 2 fan questions from the season 5 story are answered in twitter posts. Since then there have been comic strips in the game that gives us more insight on the characters.

This is the 2nd best animation in my opinion, it's so well animated I love it. And this animation laps over alot with Titanfall 2 with it's characters, the titans even have introduction videos for each one
the cool thing about when viper jumped onto the titan was he open the flaps and alternated thrusters then used the force of the missles to control pitch all without being in the cockpit also he didnt have a parachute

These voice lines evolve and change with each season so, for example: the by-the-book military lady and the cat burglar you saw in the other trailer started out hating each other, then the next season their voicelines became begrudgingly respectful, and now they're just flirting lol Sorry for writing a book :)

For example, in this one (story related to season 9) you would notice a small nice detail at the very end if you watched Season 6 trailer but nothing more. They released 2 trailers btw, you watch the first one. The second one is Apex Legends - Legacy Launch Trailer
It doesnt realy matter what order, but what i can tell you is that a game called titanfall 2 is set in the same universe as apex ledgends and specifically links to this story from the outlands. Ill reply with a link to a video about that

If you ever go back to TF2, here are some videos (in order) you should watch: 1.Bolted Bahemoth 2. Burning through space (Both 1 and 2, suggest mushing them together) 3. Live and Let Spy and 4. The RED the BLU and the Ugly. (Stories are all matched up, you will like it.)

The assassin loves murdering so he joined the blood sport and when loba wanted to get revenge she destroyed a part of ingame map and than she tried to find the source code again because it teleported and needed to work for hammond labs they made a deal she helps they give her the location she needed to recreate ash a very known character in titanfall lore and when she was near killing him again he said he wants to die but she wants him to suffer
Apex legends is the scion of the Titanfall series of games and takes place in the titanfall universe that is created by Respawn entertainment. The entire universe takes place in the very far future where humanity has fully colonised the Galaxy. The titanfall games themselves focus around the Fronteir War that happened between the IMC(The largest and most powerful corporate conglomerate that weighs more power than most Planetary governments) and the Fronteir Militia(A congregation of planets and people that were abandoned by the IMC in the outer edges of the galaxy and developed their own civilizations). Titanfall 1 didn't have a story exactly since it was a multiplayer exclusive game with matches taking place in the wars most major battles canonically. Titanfall 2 however, did have a story where you play as Rifleman Jack Cooper for the Militia, who was being mentored by a veteran Pilot named Lastimosa (a special soldier that is highly trained in multiple disciplines as well in linking with and operating a titan mech to become an unstoppable force on the battlefield). When a battle on the planet Typhon is lost you and Lastimosa become surrounded by the Apex Predators, a mercenary group of some of the best and most ruthless pilots around led by the games main antagonist Kuben Blisk (the old man that was talking to the girl in the video). Lastimosa is fatally wounded by Blisk in the battle, but before your mentor dies he passes his connection to his titan BT and his pilot gear over to you making you an unofficial pilot, and makes you responsible for completing the mission in discovering what the IMC and Apex Predators are doing on this planet. As this happens you encounter and try to eliminate each member of the Apex Predators, one of which is the girl's dad from the video who went by the callsign Viper. Apex Legends takes place decades after the events of both Titanfall games and after the Fronteir War ends in a stalemate with both sides retreating to regroup and plan for future conflicts. Blisk, after surviving the war, helps to found the Syndicate, a collection of planets in a part of the galaxy called the outlands that is wholly independent from the IMC and the Militia. Blisk not wanting to be bored from the lack of fighting eventually brought back a blood sport that was once popular in the outlands, where combatants would meet in an arena or isolated area and fight to the literal death. Over the decades Bliss would refine the game and add more regulations and systems to make the games more exciting. Eventually the game itself began to become popular as a spectator sport and it soon began to be streamed all across the Galaxy and become to what we know as the Apex games in honour of his old mercenary group. The games limit themselves to only the best of the best now, and so an eclectic group of fighters known a Legends were only allowed in the games with each of them having a various reasons for being in the games be that money, fame, glory, or to seeking secrets lost in the war. Each Legend has a different motivation, a different reason for being in the games and a different and unique fighting style on how to compete in the games themselves. These are the characters you play as in the game and Valkyrie is now the latest addition.

The titanfall games themselves focus around the Fronteir War that happened between the IMC(The largest and most powerful corporate conglomerate that weighs more power than most Planetary governments) and the Fronteir Militia(A congregation of planets and people that were abandoned by the IMC in the outer edges of the galaxy and developed their own civilizations). Titanfall 1 didn't have a story exactly since it was a multiplayer exclusive game with matches taking place in the wars most major battles canonically. Titanfall 2 however, did have a story where you play as Rifleman Jack Cooper for the Militia, who was being mentored by a veteran Pilot named Lastimosa (a special soldier that is highly trained in multiple disciplines as well in linking with and operating a titan mech to become an unstoppable force on the battlefield). When a battle on the planet Typhon is lost you and Lastimosa become surrounded by the Apex Predators, a mercenary group of some of the best and most ruthless pilots around led by the games main antagonist Kuben Blisk (the old man that was talking to the girl in the video). Lastimosa is fatally wounded by Blisk in the battle, but before your mentor dies he passes his connection to his titan BT and his pilot gear over to you making you an unofficial pilot, and makes you responsible for completing the mission in discovering what the IMC and Apex Predators are doing on this planet. As this happens you encounter and try to eliminate each member of the Apex Predators, one of which is the girl's dad from the video who went by the callsign Viper.
Apex Legends takes place decades after the events of both Titanfall games and after the Fronteir War ends in a stalemate with both sides retreating to regroup and plan for future conflicts. Blisk, after surviving the war, helps to found the Syndicate, a collection of planets in a part of the galaxy called the outlands that is wholly independent from the IMC and the Militia. Blisk not wanting to be bored from the lack of fighting eventually brought back a blood sport that was once popular in the outlands, where combatants would meet in an arena or isolated area and fight to the literal death. Over the decades Bliss would refine the game and add more regulations and systems to make the games more exciting. Eventually the game itself began to become popular as a spectator sport and it soon began to be streamed all across the Galaxy and become to what we know as the Apex games in honour of his old mercenary group. The games limit themselves to only the best of the best now, and so an eclectic group of fighters known a Legends were only allowed in the games with each of them having a various reasons for being in the games be that money, fame, glory, or to seeking secrets lost in the war.
Each Legend has a different motivation, a different reason for being in the games and a different and unique fighting style on how to compete in the games themselves. These are the characters you play as in the game and Valkyrie is now the latest addition.
