Great info on the Chinese evergreen Maria. I had asked my local nursery which Chinese evergreen takes low light the best and they didn’t know. I just brought one after seeing this video. Wish me luck 🍀

What you said about the fiddle leaf is the exact reason I don't have one. I know the leaves can bruise just by brushing past it and i have 4 young grandchildren. I have been tempted by beautiful ones but I know it'll never work lol

The first video I watched of yours was planting in Pumice but I see most of your plants are in soil. I would love to see more of the advantages of Pumice and how the plants are doing after a long time in it.

I always learn from your videos. The pothos in my office is very healthy and grow so fast I prune it often. Perhaps a video on plants that stay smaller?

Appreciate the information and speech comprehensibility. Close captions remind me of Mr. Kaplan from Leo Rosten's books. It's funny, but in this day and age ridiculous.

Your last comment about mites on philodendrons and monsteras totally resonated with me. I’ve been battling recurring issues with them on three monsteras and a couple of philodendrons. Unfortunately these mites have spread to all of my baby rubber plants and decimated them all😢
I’m so done with all of them!
Life is too short to waste on plants that cause more problems than they bring joy.

I have a problem with my ficus elastica robusta, i have leaves turning yellow and falling off. so far i have lost two small leavas at the bottom. now i have one larger leav in the middle turning yellow. i have checked my soil with a meter and i shows number 9-10 as wet. so i think that its a overwatering problem. i have heard you saying that yellow leaves is a overwatering problem but in this video you said that yellow leaves mean underwatering. what is my problem?
