Been doing this for years.. my friends would laugh but I told them im not having the edge sticking into my tear duct as I had to pull them so far over so they weren’t on my damn face, so I’d trim them down with my nail scissors and I would bend the band to try to shape it more to my eye shape as the glue got tacky.. they fit better and look more natural

I've recently started using half lashes, or about 3/4 lashes and it has really upped my makeup game in terms of time and efficiency. Gonna try putting the glue on my eye later on lol
