Hi David, can you make a video on how do we use these templates in an actual weekly meeting? like a simulation? I'm kind of overwhelmed with the wealth of knowledge here, I'm not sure how to use them in a meeting.. do I tackle EVERYTHING? thanks!!
Good Morning Mr. McLachlan - I have a situation and I would like for you to give me your recommendation. To be able to learn sometimes I need to understand the terminology or the situational scenario to be able to move forward. For example, if you talk to me about a document that I'm supposed to find in the Project Management Plan and I don't recall studying that, I will feel distracted immediately because part of my brain will tell me that it is really important for me to know that before I move forward. - Please help me understand what should I do to be able to overcome this and to be able to take my exam as soon as possible. Thanks!
It's completely normal to feel overwhelmed or distracted when encountering unfamiliar terms or scenarios while studying. To overcome this challenge and prepare for your exam more effectively, I would suggest a few strategies:
1. Break Down the Material: Instead of trying to tackle everything at once, break down the material into smaller, more manageable chunks. Focus on understanding one concept at a time before moving on to the next.
2. Use Different Learning Resources: Explore various learning resources, such as textbooks, online courses, videos, or practice exams, to find explanations and examples that resonate with you. Different resources may present the material in different ways, making it easier for you to grasp.
3. Active Learning Techniques: Engage in active learning techniques, such as summarizing key concepts in your own words, creating flashcards, or teaching the material to someone else. Actively engaging with the material can help reinforce your understanding and retention.
4. Seek Clarification: If you come across a term or scenario that you don't understand, don't hesitate to seek clarification. Reach out to your instructor, classmates, or online forums for assistance. Asking questions and seeking clarification can help fill in the gaps in your understanding.
5. Practice, Practice, Practice: Practice applying the concepts you've learned through practice questions, quizzes, or mock exams. This not only helps reinforce your understanding but also familiarizes you with the types of questions you may encounter on the exam.
6. Stay Positive and Persistent: Remember that learning takes time and effort, and it's okay to encounter challenges along the way. Stay positive, be patient with yourself, and celebrate your progress, no matter how small.
By incorporating these strategies into your study routine, you can overcome distractions and build a solid foundation of knowledge to prepare for your exam more effectively. Best of luck with your studies, and don't hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance or support.
I need these slides which are you using?
Can you please answer me this question
At what stage of project integration management would a project manager and project management team typically coordinate the various technical and organizational interfaces that exist in the project?
A. Project plan development.
B. Project plan execution
C. Integrated change control.

Not sure where you got this question from, but the answer is straight from the Process Groups Practice Guide.
