That’s what I don’t understand. How does Trump get a hard pass for 90 minutes of straight up lies? I adore Biden. Days before the debate, I suggested that President Biden call out trumpTURD on his first lie by saying, "Donald...STOP LYING TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE!" That rebuttal would've been today's headline(s). Instead...we are where we are. The hope I have for the second debate is this - trumpTURD will enter that debate thinking Biden will be easy. I divorced a narcissist. I can report that while I was being verbally attacked with lies and misstatements, I would feel shock roll over my body…it was difficult to address the misstatements and also express my point. I was often bullied into silence.

Debating is over-rated. And that debate had ridiculous rules. It should have been fact-checked in real time. Biden had a bad cold. Watching the rally to day and the State of the Union address, he is obviously more effective addressing a crowd.
He sounded fine today, must have been a 90 minute cold.
There was a time when debates were meaningful. After 2016, it became a prima donna contest.

Wow! Those were my thoughts for quite a while Mr. Steele. He's 81 yes, an old dude. But I wish we could tone down the rhetoric (refuting attempts) related to his mental acuity (he is 81) and spend more time highlighting his good moral character and accomplishments among other things. He's ridiculously experienced (aging is not all bad), politically savvy, compassionate, and displays integrity .....and obviously wise enough to surround himself with a smart capable team. Imagine replacing President Biden and his team with Former President Trump, (doesn't matter which VP he picks), Bannon, and Miller. No room for pondering or error. I'll take the old dude!
