- Falkenjagd Titanium Bikes presents its latest titanium frame, the Aristos SLS. The frame is made of 6al 4v titanium, the tubes of this extremely tough material are drawn seamlessly for the first time.

Super interessant, den Herstellungsprozess des Rahmens sehen zu können! Die Laufräder sind ein bisschen enttäuschend, da hätten ein Paar Campa Shamal Carbon etwas mehr hergemacht. Aber sonst super Konfiguration!

Die Laufräder sind aber Top also Gewicht zu Steifheit ich fahre sie selber am 853 Speed Gravel von Rennstahl. Aber ich gebe dir Recht ein paar schöne Laufräder von Campa hätte die Sache noch Runder gemacht BORA WTO wären sicherlich ein weiteres Highlight am Rad.

Gewicht ohne Pedalen gemessen, etwa damit die 7 vor dem Komma steht? - Nur Spaß. 😉 Es ist ein sehr schönes Fahrrad. 👍
Pedale kannst du dir dann selber aussuchen, und es wäre ja auch noch deutlich leichter gegangen aber mit Titan Stütze, Vorbau und Gabel echt ein beachtliches Gewicht 🤩

Super Rahmen aber diese Monstrosität vorne mit dem Headset und Vorbau müsste nicht sein.
Jein, Andreas erklärt das ganz gut in der Vorstellung von dem Rahmen die auf seinem Kanal demnächst online geht. Die Quintessenz ist im Grunde das es nur mit den außen liegen Lagerschalen von FSA und Chris King möglich ist die Komplet Integration und das geringe Gewicht zu ermöglichen. Mit innen liegenden Lagern müsste das Steuerrohr viel Voluminöser Ausfallen was mehr Gewicht zur Folge hätte und dann auch eher nach Coladose aussieht und nicht mehr mit dem Ober und Unterrohr harmonieren würde. @@roadbikechannel Danke für eure Antwort. Funktionell ist mir klar, dass es nur mit den beiden Systemen funktioniert. Ich stelle hier eher die Ästhetik in frage. Ich denke wenn man sich vollintegriert wünscht wird man mit der Optik, die das FSA ACR System nun mal hat, auch nicht unbedingt zufrieden sein. Dann doch lieber regulär mit sichtbaren Kabeln oder ein anderes System der Integrierung z.B. mit dem neuen Columbus ACR wo der Gabelschaft extra geformt ist um die Kabel intern zu führen ohne direkt durch diesen durch zu müssen. Dann bleibt der Durchmesser vom Steuerrohr auch noch ansehbar.
Toller Rahmen, schöne Teile - nur die elektronische Schaltung ist gruselig. Eigentlich auch die Discbrakes, aber naja, da drückt man noch beide Augen zu (vll. auch die Ohren - Quietschen 💤).
Sind denn die Klassischen Stahlrahmen eigentlich auch so zurechtgebogen worden früher?
Alle Rahmen werden tatsächlich ausnahmslos so zurecht gebogen. Gerade bei Alu ist der Schweißverzug noch viel stärker und der Rahmen muss dann immer gerichtet werden bevor er nochmals Wärmebehandelt wird. Bei diesem Rahmen aus 6/4er Titan lässt sich allerdings fast nichts richten, der Hinterbau ist 3/2,5er Titan der sich mehr richten lässt.

Amazing process and craftsmanship! What's the name of the factory and where is it located? Taiwan? China? They are given no credit. I mean... they deserve the majority of the credit. It's not Falkenjagd's factory. I wonder if this is also the factory that makes Blackheart's Ti bikes? The factory invested the hundreds of thousands of dollars in this equipment, and the welders are masters.

The frame building process is more of a collaboration, yes the welders make the frame but the whole look, ride quality, what tubing is used, geometry and spec are solely the decision of Falkenjagd.
Don't know about Blackheart, we didn't any there but yeah some of them are built in Taiwan 👍

edit: Falkenjagd clarified it's made in Taiwan. I still see no issue here. they both make really good bikes.
A lot of the workers and artisans are Japanese,they are highly skilled and proud of their work.

Sorry to disappoint, but Falkenjagd and Rennstahl frames are all made by ora-engineering.com
plus quite a few other brands like chromag, commercial, starling cycles or the cane creek eewings cranks.
