I'm a white woman and I have to say that the attack on Ms Willis were disgusting and not only was it sexist, it was clearly rascism playing out. At no point was it relevant to the State's case against Trump and his already plead guilty, fellow cheaters. The rascism is everywhere, like when representative Jasmine Crockett is referred to in congress as, "the young women is recognized " instead of the normal, "The gentle lady " however it is used for the not so gentile, Margorie Taylor Green.

I believe that you have to have objected to it during the trial to claim it later as a reason for a miss trial.

The Judge also stopped a few things and he kept admonished the defense for not objecting. In order for appeal there must be objections on the record. The defense had none, now DJT could claim in proper defense, however,Judge Merchan is being very strategic so that this doesn't happen on an appeal.

No. The judge should have let in more details. The details of their "encounter" are all relevant to the extent of trump's motivation to keep the se salacious details from the American public. They would also tend to show that his motivation had nothing to do with Melania. After all, she already knew of his deficiencies physically and otherwise in the ahem, sex department.

Let's make one thing very clear it's up to the defense to object if they see testimony coming in that they don't believe is fair relevant or is somehow inflammatory it's not up to the judge and the prosecution can continue prepondering questions to the witness unless there's an objection and they are directed to reasse their question and a different way because possibly it was issued as leading so remember that it's up to the defense to object to the content of the responses of the witness if in fact they believe it has no merit in the case thank you

Appeal is always available to the defendant if convicted.
