most modern mobo's have usb-c on the motherboard i/o panel

My motherboard has dual usb-c support (one at the i/o panel and one at the front). Sadly my be quiet case of the video features only usb-a ports at its front panel. So I had to use that front bay adapter to add a usb-c port.
