For every karat, there is an appropriate weight and that will determine the strength of the chain. 14k is always the best route when it comes to chains, they’re the most durable. 24k will easily break that’s why they’re not common for neckwear. Do not customize any gold jewelry with diamonds, that depreciates the gold by a lot.
People saying 24k chains will easily break are typically people that don’t wear 24k and have just heard from other people to not do it. It’s totally wrong lol. Worn it everywhere and it’s as durable as my 14k lol

24k won’t easily break as a chain lol. Have you ever wore it on the daily? Cuz it sounds like your just repeating what other people say without trying it yourself lol
