sir, please explain why 1 ml reagent equivalent to 3.5 mg of water. please kindly show the calculation :(... pleaseee pleaseeeee. I and my friends can not find it out.
i really luv the way U deliver the lesson about KFR thank u so much pushpendra sir
Thank you sir for give good information
thank u so much sir... but how do u correlate that, 1mL of KFR = 3.5 mg of water ?
Thank you so much sir.... 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you very much fort this good information about Karl fisher titration,I have to give ppt on this topic even I don't know how to operate this,as my MD sir given unknown topic to all of us.But I am safe I got good information ,thank you
Thanku you very much sir
sir wow ..........
it's amazing
it's stunning
I like yours teaching styles
RJ Patel Thanks RJ.
Sir please make a video on Standardisation and precautions during standardisation
sir excellent lecture and plz upload video on electro analytical techniques principles
Role of factor value,pls explain
But sir these all reagents are present in KFR than why it react further during titration
And what about sample??
yead precised and helpful
Sir, according to USP 1ml of KFR is equal to how many grams of water?
Can you told me principles of Karl fisher with example
Nice information Thank u
can you write the chemical reactions for three steps please
Excellent sir 👏👏👏
Not moisture content.. moisture can be present in form of solvents too
Thank you so...... much sir apke teaching mujhe bhot assi lgi
I'am from Invertis University Bareilly
Thank...u so much ...sir mera exam bhot assa gya

Anode having negative charge ? in diagram is it correct sir?
Thanks for information but sir in stable complex carbon balance is not occur 5
sir, what you explained by columetric titration is very easy to understand, please explain the same procedure that is carried under volumetric titration and specification limits if possible thank you
sivanandareddy sandi I will upload soon.
Super sir kf factor lo 15.66 where how to calculate sirr
very nice explanation Dr. Pushpendra
JITENDRA PATEL Thank you
sir also make video on standardiza tion of KFR and it's calculation
Tysm boss❤️😀
Thank you sir
Very good sir ur video very useful sir
Thanks sir..
What is strength of kf reagent??
Dear Sir, this is very important for us topic..
Does it suitable for Gas?
very well explained!
Martian Thanks
Helpful
Why we use methanol use
Step-2 and step-3 what’s formula name
Superb sir
Good explanation
Karl fisher Ka factor 5 ke near about ji kyu please explain sir
the first redox reaction is not stoichiometrically correct. It has to be H2O + SO2 + I2 -> SO3 + 2HI. Cheers
marchizaaa yes you are correct, actually that was writing error.
Thanks. Sir
plz explain about coulometry
Very well explained sir...I wasn't able to understand it but this video made it clear
Thank you So much sir.. its very helpful for us.
Tirumala harikrishna Thank you dear
Dr. Puspendra Classes.. I am very glade to conversant with you sir.. I want to see more videos of you.. Thank you..
Tirumala harikrishna Videos on Complexometry and Chromatography are available in playlist. I will upload more videos very soon.
Thank you sir for this lecture, please make video on conductometric titration..
I will upload very soon in easiest way.
Nice.
Nice explaination sir
Plz sir tell me the reference of this method
Equations were written clearly, and the schematic of the instrument/tool of KF was drawn in very good way. However, the presentation is a bit confusing. Good luck in the future CZcamss
man biliard Thank you. Watch my latest videos.
Thank you sir.. KFR in any side reaction possible are not if any chance to react sample with...
Koteswara Rao
It will react with water content first then it will give end point as per the mechanism. If any reaction occurs after end point then no issue for the analyst.

Mekala manasa Thank you for your kind words.
Sir can you explain, why moisture content in Acetone does not give accurate result in conventional KF system? How can we get accurate moisture% in acetone?
For acetone sample use acetonitrile solvent
excellent lecture
Know Something Thank You
all your vedeos are amazing sir👌👌 appreciating your work and eagerly waiting for upcoming vedeos🙏🙏
Kuldeep Singh Thank you

Sir plz video on gasometry plzz🙏🙏
Thank you so much sir. I have a small doubt kfr reaction is oxidation or reduction reaction sir tell me
Oxidation
Sir, why pyridine is added to create basic environment and acts as buffer..?? why basic environment and buffer conditions are needed..?? please explain..
Soumya Guha
Because under buffered condition uniformity/stability can be maintained.
Ok Sir.. but please explain why the basic environment is required for KFT?
tnq sir...
Welcome
Sir which compound used for standardisation of karl Fischer reagent
Certified standard solutions can be obtained in various concentrations ranging from 0.1mg to 10mg water per g (or per mL). This allows the weighing out of a more suitable sample size and can be used as standard.
disodiumtartrate for kfr standardisation
Well done
carizma cari Thank you
Sir 1ml of KFR is equivalent to 5mg of water according to devalarao book but u said 3.5 mg what is the right answer.
As per the composition which I have discussed in the video it will be 3.5 mg.
Please check same composition is discussed in that book or not?
Dr. Puspendra Classes kk sir and tq sir
Tomorrow is my presentation on kfr so your lecture enough?
Sir thank you sir
Welcome!!!!!!!

Sir please record a video about NMR in detail
Sameer Rao Sure.... I have good contents for NMR
Dr. Puspendra Classes thnx sir. It will be my pleasure if you fulfil my wish & I will wait patiently for your NMR video. Thnx a lot
Sir please tell me principal of kfr
sudarsan nidamanuri
Write the reaction in Principle.
Dr. Puspendra Classes
Sir, karl fischer water content Formula sir
Amount of water (in mg) = Volume of KFR reagent consumed × 3.5
Sir, nice lecture. However, I believe the first step reaction is not balanced.
tuck295q yes that was writing mistake.
nice sir
Thank you so much
Sir what the best book for analysis
For which course?
Dr. Puspendra Classes B.pharmacy and GPAT exam also
@@maheshmarella9891
For Volumetric Analysis you can follow my book, for Spectroscopy You can follow YR Sharma and Silverstein, for Chromatography only follow Remington.
Dr. Puspendra Classes kk sir
Sir methanol ki jagah ethanol use kar sakte hai
Haan

Prince Pathak yes... that was writing mistake
any way sir u teach very well
sir can explain in hindi
Audience for Hindi is very less; so it will be in english only.
SO2 + I2 + 2 H2O → H2SO4 + 2 HI
Thanks sir
