This is so pretty. Awesome idea.
Thank you so much!🥰
Love it, so creative! I’m going to give it a go 💕💐🤩
Thanks! I've had a blast using the stencils and paste. The skies the limit🥰
Is that crickets I hear? Ha-ha, hilarious. Seriously, now, that piece is positively beautiful. And I'll check on your video list for one that shows how to make it into a bowl. I've tried it before and the piece always cracks. I don't know how much pressure to use, and you know, I have to give it just one more push into the bowl and then pop creak. I've broken it. Thanks for sharing this. Your ideas are very clever.
Yes, I was recording outside on my porch late at night. Very calming! When forming your bowl, you can always shape it before it fully cures. It's much easier that way.
I was on a good run then it was cold and I had one explode like glass.
Beautiful!
Thanks Pam!!
Hi, I’m new to your channel. This is stunning!!
Hi Rachel! Thank you for watching and subscribing! I'm glad like the bowl!
Shaping a bowl is easier before it's cured. I was wondering how to do it I let it go past the "bendy" phase. And I hope you know I was joking about the crickets. I, too, find those night sounds calming, but as my assumption was that you were inside, and as you said that it doesn't get very hot where you are, I assumed you were in your kitchen (where I do my crafting) with the window opened. I was in no way being condescending.
Yes, I know!🙂
It's a pain, but until I learned, through trial and error, when that right time was, I gave my resin at least 8 hours before I tried to mold it into a bowl.
I looked but didn't find one. Would you be inclined to show us how you heated this piece enough to make a bowl and without burning it. If I don't burn the piece, the top turns into ripples. ;^)
Video #47. I Heat it up using a heat gun and you can also run under hot water. Ultimately, if your bowl is on the thicker side, like this one, it can be quite daunting to shape regardless of how much it's heated. That's why it's best to shape it while the Resin is not fully cured.
@@RinirocksArtistry Thank you so much for water tip. I'll try that next time I fall asleep on the job ;^)
