I was wondering, how complicated would it be to make a mod or whatever that would swap Ornstein and Smough for their super versions, so you'd fight both supers at once in Anor Londo?

It seemed to be that with the Priscilla swap and stuff like that, i believe it was just their models, not A.I. or anything like that. Which basically means they only look different and are the same hollows we all know. So to answer your question, it would be very difficult for someone with little knowledge in coding such as you or me to swap them out and change something so drastically.

Atleast she still made it into the game without outright cutting it. I remember how Miyazaki was the one who felt that that the prototype map is so good it must be included, so they came up with the painting idea to place it into the world without having to explain how you get there. It's so interesting how such a great hidden secret and idea almost didn't make it in.

One thing that I noticed recently is that you can see the Moonlight butterfly from the Darkroot Garden before the actual boss battle. Many of you probably knew this, but I found that out just yesterday after 500+ hours of Dark Souls. Another funny thing is that you can move your camera behind the iron bars when talking to the female undead merchant. In itself that isn't interesting, but you that's the only way you can hear her voice clearly, which suggests that it's clearly intented. If you play without subtitles, moving the camera is most likely the first thing you do when speaking to her (because you can't hear anything), but with subtitles there's no need to do that so a little details like that can remain unnoticed - as happened to me.
I have a "thing you didn't know" for you VaatiVidya! Well... at least as far as I have checked. Did you know that the Hellkite Dragon will go into a "licking his wounds animation" to regenerate health when his health drops to 50%? I was sniping with magic by the rats and he kept repeating this process. Ran out of sorcery so I returned to the fire to recharge. He did it again! I thought he was glitching out. He raises his wings and you can see him lean to the left and make a licking motion with his head. Thought that was cool. EDIT: Okay, so the healing is known apparently. But I can't find any reference to a "licking his wounds" animation. That was what my daughter called it when she was watching me play

Hellkite certainly learned about it from that video as he commented on the original saying "Just brilliant, thank you so much for sharing this." I know V3nom personally, and he put many, many hours into discovering that, so it's a shame that credit isn't given to him here where it's truly due.

Hey Hunter SC whats up??? I just had to say hey. Most games I play I can beat without looking shit up, but when Dark Souls had me confused as shit your channel was one of my favorites for helping me beat the game.
Patrick Scudder Apparently he got hate for hacking for stuff which was never to be found. He kinda add more fuel to fire by hating them too. In the end he deleted his channel probably due to depression. But this was long ago and I remember very little so it my words may be inaccurate
I kind of like the idea of Nito being in the Painted World. Since everything in there is either a threat to the gods or is guarding the threat to the gods, it makes him seem more dangerous.
It's sounding like they replaced him with the 4 kings. Jar-Eel kind of pales in comparison, as far as boss fights go. I mean we already fight a large dude in the game, Gwyn, and at least how it is now he doesn't seem that much different from the dark wraiths. Lore wise he's very interesting, but gameplay wise I don't know if he brings enough new stuff to the table.
Jason Nelson Pfff, the 4 Kings should have been replaced for him. There's nothing stopping them from changing how he fights and still including him in the game. As for large dude's, there's also Ornstein and Smough, Artorias and Gough in the DLC, there's no reason not to include him and let us get the armor.
As long as he did something interesting then I agree. Artorias flies around and has awkward movements, Gough isn't actually an enemy (if we count him then we count every NPC), and Ornstein and Smough fight together (which is a unique boss fight). In the video he looks like he's just a taller dark wraith with some cool armor.
if you look around in the kiln it kinda looks like that the kiln is ariamis cause like alot of people think the painting is just an enchanted model of ariamis to keep the strange and corrupt things

I think that Priscilla was not born from the passions of the Duke and Princess, but rather the Duke used his part of the Lord's soul and used it to create Priscilla which is just another aberration of the many that he did.
I would support this if Priscilla's soul was unusually more powerful than generic boss souls due to her soul inheriting the power of the fragment of Seath's Lord Soul that he used to create her. Unfortunately this is not the case.
did any of you know this? Originally Oscar of Astora (the knight who gives you the estus flask at the begining) was originally going to have a larger part in the story, he was going to meet up with you at the fire link shrine after you ring the bells of awakening, offer assistance to you in the darkroot forest, then near the end of the game he would end up turning against you no matter which serpent you decide to side with.
can't say I'm surprised, as I knew priscilla was supposed to help the Undead originally (oscar, the Undead you come across and get the estus flask from, and who you get the crest shield for killing, was supposed to be a friend that went hollow and turned on you in the end, I figured the floor in the arena was supposed to crumble because mentioned "looking a bit unstable" floor. King jar eel I though was common knowledge on the wiki, repeatedly poking frampt with the Dragonslayer spear can make him glitch out of the pit. still fun stuff though

Apparently he got hate for hacking for stuff which was never to be found. He kinda add more fuel to fire by hating them too. In the end he deleted his channel probably due to depression.

I kind of like the idea of Nito being in the Painted World. Since everything in there is either a threat to the gods or is guarding the threat to the gods, it makes him seem more dangerous.

It's sounding like they replaced him with the 4 kings. Jar-Eel kind of pales in comparison, as far as boss fights go. I mean we already fight a large dude in the game, Gwyn, and at least how it is now he doesn't seem that much different from the dark wraiths. Lore wise he's very interesting, but gameplay wise I don't know if he brings enough new stuff to the table.
Jason Nelson Pfff, the 4 Kings should have been replaced for him. There's nothing stopping them from changing how he fights and still including him in the game. As for large dude's, there's also Ornstein and Smough, Artorias and Gough in the DLC, there's no reason not to include him and let us get the armor.
As long as he did something interesting then I agree. Artorias flies around and has awkward movements, Gough isn't actually an enemy (if we count him then we count every NPC), and Ornstein and Smough fight together (which is a unique boss fight). In the video he looks like he's just a taller dark wraith with some cool armor.
I'd say that that's because the game was rushed. He could have been Dark Souls' equivalent of False King Allant.
I could pretty easily see him being a miniboss of the area, since New Londo Ruins doesn't have any.
I only knew about Jar-Eel and the possessed trees but not the rest. Awesome video.
if you look around in the kiln it kinda looks like that the kiln is ariamis cause like alot of people think the painting is just an enchanted model of ariamis to keep the strange and corrupt things

I knew at least one of these which was the last one probably cuz its pretty obvious how if you look underneath the arena you meet Priscilla in, its like theres an extra floor there but you cant reach it.

I knew the Priscilla and Painted world ones, and I knew there was a removed enemy that was supposed to be a flaming undead King. (Which I kind of assumed was the second form of Gwyn, like he changed during the boss fight or something). Really good video, though,

I think that Priscilla was not born from the passions of the Duke and Princess, but rather the Duke used his part of the Lord's soul and used it to create Priscilla which is just another aberration of the many that he did.
I would support this if Priscilla's soul was unusually more powerful than generic boss souls due to her soul inheriting the power of the fragment of Seath's Lord Soul that he used to create her.
Unfortunately this is not the case.

Originally Oscar of Astora (the knight who gives you the estus flask at the begining) was originally going to have a larger part in the story, he was going to meet up with you at the fire link shrine after you ring the bells of awakening, offer assistance to you in the darkroot forest, then near the end of the game he would end up turning against you no matter which serpent you decide to side with.

can't say I'm surprised, as I knew priscilla was supposed to help the Undead originally (oscar, the Undead you come across and get the estus flask from, and who you get the crest shield for killing, was supposed to be a friend that went hollow and turned on you in the end,
I figured the floor in the arena was supposed to crumble because mentioned "looking a bit unstable" floor. King jar eel I though was common knowledge on the wiki, repeatedly poking frampt with the Dragonslayer spear can make him glitch out of the pit.
