Same thing happened to me today while driving, battery was about 72V and it suddenly shut down with no response until I plugged in the changer later. Did you resolve the issue with Banggood's customer service? I paid for the scooter with PayPal as well, so I hope there is a way to get it fixed or to get a refund.
La même. Bms a remplacer, LCD pareil il a pas aimé le cut. Et apparemment il a du boulot à faire sur la batterie au niveau des cellules ... Dm si plus d'info
Le jour où vous aurez compris que toutes ses trottinettes ont des batteries de merde forcément avec des prix aussi bas ils peuvent pas faire des Batteries de qualités !!!! Il faut juste bien le comprendre!!! Ah bon entendeur
I have a similar problem with my laotie es 40 ,charged at 83-84v ,after a walk of 25 30 km when the battery reaches at 75v-74 it suddenly drops to 65v and after 1km battery it's dead.He had this problem since first ride.Can something be done under warranty?
Well I'm actually trying to get a new battery from the support. They ask you do to à vidéo and put it on CZcams for proof. Now I wait for a solution from them

I've been arguing with support since 2022 october with all kinds of issues, uploaded over 50 videos, just going around in circles with send new video, short, long, email warranty then they reply to ticket asking for shorter video of a 12second video. Last reply was they can't open youtube urls. I hope your experience will be much better than mine and that you get your issues fixed.
@@Zeggi81 today they told me that I'll have to send the battery back to the supplier so they can fix it. I said I won't open my es40 since it's not my role. I'm not qualified to do this so either they take the scooter back fully or they send me back another battery.
@@lloydg8750 that's much faster progress, easiest would be if they send you a replacement battery 1:1 swap but yeah they should send it to a local partner that should swap it for you unless you wish to do it yourself. I kid you not i have about 10 tickets for different issues. My front stem is wobbling and rear is going sideways above 40kmh
It's just that the battery is not equilibred. It means that one element or more is bellow the voltage of the other elements so when you dis charge the battery this lower element will reach the low warning voltage so the BMS will cut

Ptdr la batterie va bien merci. Il suffisait juste la rééquilibrer
