Nah, you put it on your coffee and day drink at work. At least that's what everyone who buys fireball does.
I always did that in the past, but not since COVID, it's just not safe to anymore. I was never a germaphobe to begin with, but now I'm much more cautious about stuff like that.

I think that the biggest advantage of Fireball is that the cinnamon covers up the smell of your vomit.
Believing cinnamon covers up the smell of vomit is the same thing as saying axe covers up your nasty BO smell.
In that it doesn't.
The absolute horror of the puking up fireball more than outweighs this supposed advantage. You better hope you don't remember it the day after.

@@ViviSectia I don't think there's any truth to the antifreeze story. I can get fireball in Europe without issue. The only antifreeze I can imagine being in there is alcohol. Remember, alcohol is an antifreeze, and a really good one at that.
@@Quintinohthree I looked it up because I thought it was just a joke about the taste. There's no actual antifreeze. It's just an ingredient they both have in common that's also used in a lot of other foods. Seems like a lot of fuss over nothing.

Fireball is the quintessential festival drink in the UK. You're already soaked from the rain & up to your knees in mud & the only thing that can keep you warm is fireball. It's terrible but needed 😅
Can confirm it's also a favorite of the Canadian Armed Forces during winter and Arctic training. So much so even the Officers are drinking the stuff.

I know you're not European, and neither am I, but I think you'd be doing the world a disservice by not reviewing Buckfast Tonic Wine. If you don't immediately stab someone and then "blame it on the Bucky", you can consider it a win.
I'm also not European so I'd never heard of it before, but the Wikipedia page is hilarious. Anyone who has no idea what Buckfast is should give it a read. Some of my favorite lines: "In 2016 a Sheriff said there was a 'very definite association between Buckfast and violence,'" and "the glass bottle has been blamed for contributing to litter and providing drunkards with a weapon."

Fireball tastes like halfway through doing the cinnamon challenge, Johnny Walker came in my mouth after a night of eating nothing but asparagus and coffee. I would unironically rather piss in a glass and chug it down than ever drink fireball again.
I paired this fine drink, the whole bottle mind you, with "The Doors" movie. Ended up barely being able to stand the smell of cinnamon, let alone the taste. Sucks when washing dishes formerly containing apple pies is part of your job lol

In either hot chocolate or coffee this actually works quite well surprisingly just don't put a lot in it., finally a use for Fireball that won't have you screaming regret in the morning or afternoon or evening or even now ., as your brain remembers why was I thinking it's safe to chug this

The best thing about Fireball is to mix it with Angry Orchard cider for "Angry Balls." Very autumnal, festive even.
It no longer contains the chemical shared with antifreeze, and the ingredient was used in food safe quantities, not that it was particularly toxic to begin with.
Now review Admiral Nelson’s spiced rum. Also a plastic bottle. It could be a new genre for you. Plastic packaged liquor 🥃.

If anyone is interested in a good use for Fireball, it makes a very nice flip with some apple juice and a whole egg. Works warm or cold, grate a little nutmeg on top and it's a lovely winter or autumn cocktail. 1part Fireball, 2 parts apple juice, egg, shake or whip, if serving warm, heat the applejuice, mix egg and fireball, add hot juice little at a time so the egg doesn't scramble.
Would love to see one on Natty Ice (Natural Ice)...the drink of choice for small-town highschool parties off of gravel roads or riverbanks.

One reason why cinnamon taste hot is because it activates the heat sensors in your mouth, alcohol has a similar effect in which it makes the heat sensors more sensitive, that's why it burns going down. I'm going to guess the combination of these two factors makes that incredibly warm going down.

Thanks for reviewing a drink on which I passed out for the first time in my life. Guy mixed fireball with pepsi and all I remember was mumbling something after the second peg. I hated the smell of cinnamon ever since. Being an Indian, it sucks because many of our dishes has cinnamon.

They also use water in antifreeze but it isn't banned yet, it's as if there's no further connection there.

Absolutely love the channel. I've been binging through all your content recently. Not that it's important, but from my understanding it wasn't actually banned in Europe there was just simply a batch recalled because they were sent the American version by mistake. The American version being the one that contains higher levels of (I think) propylene glycol than what they consider safe while the FDA is like "I mean... its prolly fine, right? Safe for human consumption!"
i don't know about the rest of the European countries but you can buy it in Denmark so if it was EU regulations banning it then they must be gone or there is a difference between the EU and US Fireball
Great for a Blue Blaser, because you don't have to light it yourself. You just pour it, and it bursts into flames on contact with air.
I've never understood why anyone thinks Fireball should be considered a 'whiskey'. I generally use and consider it a liquor, almost a spice even. Add just a dash to some irish cream and you have creamy cinnamon liquor that goes down pretty easily if you're hankering for something very sweet. Or use it to spice up a cup of coffee, maybe? Or bake with it?
As for 'banned in Europe', there was a recall in 2014, and they adjusted the recipe, and now have, in fact, dropped the offending glycol from the recipe entirely.
I... Wouldn't drink it straight up, at least not at the start of the evening. A few bottles of better drinks in, it might occur.

I used to drink fireball all the time in college, could take swigs out the bottle all night. No BS, a week after I graduated I got together with some friends and bought a bottle of fireball. Took one sip and fucking hated it, haven’t touched it since. It really is something your tastebuds only enjoy if you’re in college

Compare to Goldschläger. Same taste but cheaper product. Also, no gimmicky gold flakes.
I believe ethylene glycol is antifreeze and propylene glycol is just a food same chemical used in many of our daily products; like vape juice and toothpaste
I got a bottle of that stuff when I turned 21, that was the last time I ever drank it. I prefer harder liquors now such as moonshine.
