We made a Yakuza: Like a Dragon management guide. There are some important tips and tricks that will make this much easier for you.
For starters, if you were wondering where is the business management mini game in Yakuza: Like a Dragon, it's on the left side of town, across the river. The video shows you where it is on the map. Once you progress through the game, this location will change to a high rise building near the top right of the map instead.
When first starting off, if you want to meet Nick's conditions, then you should pour all your money into upgrading Ichiban Confections. For the first stage or two of the management mini game, this business will make you the most yen. Don't even worry about buying more properties until this business is comfortably managing max sales volume.
As you progress through the shareholder rankings and your share price increases more and more, you'll start to unlock additional properties. Eventually you'll be able to buy businesses that are much more profitable than Ichiban Confections, and that's when you'll start to make the big bucks.
Employees are a vital part of beating the management mini game in Yakuza: Like a Dragon. You should check to see if there's anyone to recruit every now and then, if there's anyone good you should consider recruiting them.
Debt is something that should rarely get used, except sometimes the bank loans. These can speed up the process, but the bigger loans are rarely ever worth it. You can progress through the game quickly and easily with just simple bank loans.
Keeping employees happy is annoying. The best way to deal with it is to ignore them until the shareholder meeting, then give them bonuses to get them all motivated again just before the shareholder meeting. That makes it the most simple to deal with.
You'll have to be able to beat the shareholder meetings if you want to complete the Yakuza: Like a Dragon business management mini game. We have a separate video on that because explaining that takes just about as long as all of this did.

Thanks for the tips during the shareholders bit. Rocking those meeting with the original trio. Ckicken, Granny, Emi and Mayima they kick. Emi fully to lvl 30 does a 1000 dmg. Completed the mini game with only the base business of the confection store. Took a bit longer cus took a bit to reach those stockchange values

How can I change everyone’s costume to be shown while exploring the world?
I have completely screwed myself where I had no idea what I was doing and took out so much debt to the point I have 7 payments on the 3 loans and keeps missing it and adding interest (I have avoided the loan shark so far) so this is like trying to rebuild in real life and hard difficulty level to try and fix up lol I wish I had not of overwritten my save.. but this will be a challenge for me to fix to debt
