Right after buying this filter, you will be able to just drag and drop it right in the section with all materials and install it into current session or in your library.
Then find it and just drag and drop right above other layers.
In the settings of this filter you can play with sliders to get the most likely result for you.
For example, let's add one of the smart materials to make it more understandable as demonstration.
As you can see, this filter makes it closer to something hand drawn looking.
This filter includes two brush layers, so you can apply your settings for them.
There you can find blur to brushes, sharpen
You can change details of the strokes
