385 and 375 Trousdale place listings with the lots for sale these interest me so much I just envision the views to be so stunning !. Do the buyers buy these lots then design their own homes ?. Sorry I’m a bit obsessed with LA real estate it’s my secret guilty pleasure for fun 😂. Yes most buyers have their own designers and architects to build what they want.
