When I connect to Windows 10, Windows shutdown file manager within 15 seconds. I see my memory card but before I can access files, Windows shutdown file manager and my Symantec anti virus kicks off scan. Totally unusable for me. Any one else have similar issue. Thanks

Hmmm. Mine did not come sealed in a plastic sleeve and there was no pamphlet/instructions. And it does not work. :(

mine is i put my switch sd micro sd card and it worked just fine Did you update your drivers?
