It’s beautiful! I’m glad I was able to snag it. I love Mercari for that reason. But lately they got rid of seller fees and tacked it into the buyer as fees instead. So things are more expensive

I love seeing the progression of their development. You can definitely see an improvement in their rendering for sure. My thought has been, especially over the last few months, that Dreamer Designs is the only contender to DAC in quality of kits and rendering. I love their everything purple look since purple is my favorite color. Haha!

I love their stuff too! I think their rendering is really good, drills great, plastic great and symbols awesome. I think they just need to tighten their drill field a bit, since there is significant gapping, and make their canvases a bit thicker. But they have come a looong way from before for sure!

I’m working of my very first dreamer designs , I love the image the gapping is maddening but I’ll get over it. I agree about the colors not matching the drill colors I seen that on this kit, also I have 6 and B’s together and both green 🥴overall I love the image and I think is looking pretty good. 😊

Yeah I do love them! But it’s hard to justify those prices sometimes. I think it would make a huge difference if they fixed the gapping. Which one do you have?

That one is so gorgeous. That’s a pretty new release. Yeah the gapping I got used to, but it’s still not my favorite to deal with

So, I had a peek at my DD stash and all are the newest but one. One is the middle child. Winter Angel purchased in August 2023, but a December 2021 release. I've read reviews and seen on the DD Facebook group no issues. Its a stunning image.

Yes! In any of those cases it is still all very high quality. You really can’t go wrong. Except for some gapping, but it hasn’t been too big of an issue for me with the kit I’m working on

I love Ann Marie bone too. I destashed these two since filming though because I don’t want to deal with the old canvases. But I want to get one of hers new! Yes I’ve loved white Christmas since it first released and I’m so glad I was able to get my hands on it

In 2021, I made Dreams of Elysium. It is a little different comparing to Elysian Bridge. But also of the artist Ann Marie Bone.

I've only done one DD squares and it came out a year ago.. canvas was so dark and drills were gappy and trashy. Symbols also had a lot of similar colors and shapes that were confusing. 😢

Yeah I have a couple of symbols that are confusing. It’s trashy but not that bad, at least just for my kit. But yes the gapping! It’s definitely a preference thing. Gapping doesn’t bother me too much but I’d definitely prefer not to have it. I’m having fun with the one I’m doing now, but I’m sorry yours wasn’t a good experience!
