I'm not even Jewish, but this resonates with me so much. I feel like todays world is in so much chaos as society moved towards more individualistic approach, devaluing the value of deep interpersonal connections. People become more narcissistic and self serving, rather than empathetic and loving towards each other, animals and nature in general.

If you think in the past that clear defintions of manhood, whatever they hell they were, probably never doing dishes or helping with kids or around the house, but if you think being a lazy man who can't cook a meal with a woman around isn't selfish, thats some pretty bizarre reasoning.
In the US we are definitely seeing the breakdown in society, in some part thats necessary because the US is an imperial power, and empires eventually collapse. But the society was due to the moral bankruptcy of corporations and the wealthy. When the midwest economy was gutted in the eighties, that was WALL street. And thats been growing ever since. When you see a rich society that refuses to even help people get SHELTER, you have a bankrupt society, and that has ZERO to do with gender issues.
In fact that is the ONLY issue where people around the world still look at the US and go "wow, you can be ANYTHIGN in america". The sad irony is that on the one hand you'll hear people say "western civilization is the one civilization where individualism is respected". Fair enough, But then its "this rampant respect of individualism is going way to far, we gotta cut back on peoples rights".

Do you know our Rabbi Brother here, believes in reincarnation?! WOW! This is why I was starting to check out his channel, as I have been extremely, open to this teaching for quite, sometime now. However, he seems to view reincarnation in a rather, odd way, quite different from what I'm used to hearing about it. I thought, and was hoping from this, that he was maybe, a rather, liberal/progressive Jewish fellow. After hearing his statements here, I am unclear now.
Regarding what our Sister expressed here; well, actually, I partly, agree with her. I have long said that people cannot do just, whatever they want and expect to continue to have a functioning society. It should not take too much, common sense, to realize this for ourselves. We DO, have a responsibility to one another, and the world as a whole, as well. This is why I'm a strong, environmental advocate. This is why I'm a strong, animal rights advocate. This is why I'm a strong, advocate for minorities in general, and so forth. But why, oh why, do people need to be so, damn, fixated on sexuality and gender identity, when there are far, far, more pressing matters to be worried about? These are aspects of the conservative mentality that I simply, just, don't get or understand, and to be honest with you; I'm not sure I even, want to, either.
Now HOWEVER, our Brother Rabbi meant things here, we both know that there are conservative extremist who will take this and go much, much, further with it. If he had attempted to explain himself better here, maybe I would not have had an issue with it, but he didn't. Is it necessary to teach kids about gender identity in elementary school, for example? Well, probably, not as you are still trying to understand many things about yourself at this stage, and it's better to let kids be kids and tackle all these things later on in life, if and when need be. But I see no, big, problem with getting into these things in the later grades of high school maybe, when you are almost, adults anyway, and may already, be starting to think about these things, regardless. If the Brother had said something along these lines I would not have had any issue with this video or his viewpoints, but he didn't.
Regarding the Gay Community Internationally; well, I think, we are still getting our act together, big time. There continues to be much that goes on within the community I am mixed about myself. For example; why this overemphasis on Drag Queen Culture for example, and an overemphasis on sexuality, in general, at least for guys, anyway. Sure, of course it exist in Gay Culture but it is ONLY, ONE PART, of Gay Culture, overall. By putting so much focus on this we take away from the deeper and more important aspect of what Gayness is all about, to begin with. The fact we are naturally, attracted to our own, genders, and feel we ought to have the right to loving and lasting relationships within that framework and dynamic. That is the basic, underlying, principle we need to stick with, or else, we completely, confuse the straight community at large, who can't quite, understand what we are all about, regardless. I question sometimes, whether including all these other groups under the "Gay Banner" is productive or not, as each one has it's own, unique, set of problems and issues it needs to deal with. Now gender identity seems to be the hot topic today, but really, it is NOT, a NEW THING, AT ALL, really, as it too, has been with us forever, but extremely, hidden as all aspects of gay and alternative culture is and has been for a very, long time. As far back as we can record our existence as a species, there have been men who like looking like woman, and woman who like looking like men, because they IDENTIFY, as such, and that has been going on forever. It is not new, at all. If our Brother Rabbi had acknowledged this, I would not have had any issue with the video or his viewpoints. More or less, anyway.
Also, Brother, unless you are gay or bi yourself, I don't think I need a straight person lecturing me on what being gay is all about, for sure. I think I ought to know that, pretty darn well, myself. That is, assuming your reply is directed at me and not the lady who started this thread.
And just as a word of caution; I don't think we need to be including the word "fascist" in anything we express ourselves, as we already, have conservative extremist thinking this about us, enough, already, where as really, the fascism lays more, on their side, big time, though not surprisingly, they absolutely, refuse to see this, themselves.

What the hell are you talking about wisdom and knowledge results in people being able to live up to the pleasure potential responsibility of femininity and masculinity which is one key in a person being able to consciously acknowledge physically participate in being true towards love honor and the creation of life. The formal word automobile.
The informal word car.

Trying to talk directly the ideological left about their immoral change often becomes an argument and the winner of the argument usually going to the left ideology because their argument becomes absurd rendering it inarguable as if arguing with a child or somebody with Alzheimer’s or somebody in a cult.

A well thought out choice of words to take back the word and it’s meaning has not been thought out and written until now.

At home my husband and I r constantly watering the heart of our children with the root of the words of Our Father "Our Creator". What is The Creator purpose for us in this world? My Jewish family are kind beautiful people who love me and treated me well as a child. Yet I’m different and can never join them in true belief. It’s like them being in a club I can never join. @@buongiorno9714 My father's family is Jewish but he converted to being Catholic. So I was baptized Catholic. On my mother's side things are not so clear. They never really talked about their background and I never asked. Unfortunately, they all have passed away. I think at one time in the USA there was some form of stigma for being Jewish so if my mother's side had any Jewish roots, they kept very quiet about it. I suspect that my grandmother in my mother's side might have been Jewish but she never talked about it and was not practicing. So now you know why I say things are a little complicated.

I was offended when answering a questioner on doctor's office tablet, wanting to know what gender you identify yourself. Maybe they are coddling those in identity crisis, but they are offending those who are not. Genetics determine your gender not anything else.
That is a poor claim. If all is defined and limited by genetics, why educate people, why telling them anything, why distinguishing good and evil. Why parents are needed for so long after birth?

It's sex, not gender. Gender is a false construct made up by John Money in the 1970s based on gender used in some languages. Guy was a complete lunatic.
Be careful what you say with respect to genetics. Society doesn’t actually look at your genetic makeup when deciding your sex at birth. They see that you have this equipment that differentiates you from the female. But there are. Boys with XY chromosomes that outwardly look female, act female and aside from that xy chromosomes you don’t see them as anything but female. But they can’t do the female thing like make babies. Then you have chimeras that have both characteristics of male and female. Can have xxxy chromosomes and cannot produce or make a baby but can be very male in characteristics. PCOS has the chromosomes of a female but are dominant in testosterone levels and sensitivity and also have feel like a girl. While their bodies misbehave. The Chimera doesn’t actually have a particular gender Identity at all.
While I agree with the Rabbi about social structure and purpose of gender for each within that context let us not assume that everyone that exists fits neatly into those two groups.
It would be hard for a chimera to be raised with expectations of them being male or female and to be married with the idea they can do either. Perhaps keep the standard as it is for those that are actually able to. But not try to force fit people that aren’t so plainly obvious to be something they are not.
Part of the problem with Transgender people is they do not identify with their body image. Well most teenagers don’t. It’s quite a leap into puberty and having new feels and things happening you haven’t been prepared for. If it comes to you awkwardly and asymmetrically and have there are issues about hormones that aren’t regulated typical of your sex and that is being overlooked and treating at a psychiatric issue then things are bound to go south. But to turning it into some kind of social religious structure just to get awareness of how to treat people like a human being is not a good thing. The base is still the same. Female and male players. Reversible. Who created this thing? Why the absolute? The obsessions on male role and female roles is a religion in itself that has each other at constant odds with each other. Always in a battle of gender roles. How do men judge and boys judge if you are man enough. Who’s pretty and girl enough? Plastic surgery for being sexy enough? Need more boob? Need more butt, have enough jaw line? Need more gym to keep up with the jock? Because surely you aren’t manly with those sponge bob noodle legs.
Who has enough body dysphoria to keep a plastic surgeon rich?
Yeah I think our society has spent the last hundred years getting pretty vain and also viciously antagonistic towards themselves. 🏳️⚧️ is probably a result of the whole gendered obsession.
