Agree! 👍 EPIC, It says everything.
My parents were Jewish, but never taught us Hebrew, they then divorced and we drifted away from our faith as a shattered family, now, as an adult with children myself...I'm trying to get a well rounded education on Torah, tenach, and other judaic texts in order to teach my kids as much as I can.
EVEN YOUR FAMILY IS A JEWISH YOU'RE STILL NOT A JEW NOR A HEBREW WHAT EVER HUMANS BAPTIST THEM AND CALLED THEM A JEWISH FOR ME THEY'RE STILL NOT A JEWISH AND JEWISH IS A TITLE NOT YOUR NAME'S YOU'VE YOUR OWN NAME'S RIGHT.

@javi_nurse4118 When I studied for Confirmation, we studied the Baltimore Catechism, which told us that "God made me to show forth (aka reveal) His Goodness and to share His everlasting happiness in heaven. To gain the everlasting happiness of heaven I must KNOW, love, and serve Him here on earth."
God wants to be known by us & wants a personal relationship with each & everyone of us!
Thank you!
You really think so?
How do you know this? - how do you know that you're not just indulging in wishful thinking that this is the case, and closing your minds to the possibility that this is not the case until you have convinced yourself that this is the only possibility. Just making a bold claim for which you have no good evidence won't do.
@@sammyquinn1
I "KNOW" so. If you do not have a relationship with God, then you will never know the true meaning of "knowing" GOD. God Fellowships with man; those that deny him, why would a Truthful and honest God fellowship with a denier? Only when one speaks with Him and does as He says to do will fellowship (The word fellowship is derived from the Greek word koinonia. Koinonia can be defined as “holding something in common” and is specifically used 20 times in the New Testament (e.g. Phil. 2:1-2, Acts 2:42, 1 John 1:6-7). Koinonia describes the unity of the Spirit that comes from Christians’ shared beliefs, convictions, and behaviors. When those shared values are in place, genuine koinonia (biblical fellowship) occurs. This fellowship produces our mutual cooperation in God’s worship, God’s work, and God’s will being done in the world. Because of the importance of Christian fellowship, it is essential to distinguish biblical guidelines to govern our interactions with other professing believers.)

"how do you know this?"
Read the Bible robert, it tells us about the character of God, i'll show you this one verse which in my view is the whole Bible in one verse, "God loved the world so much he sent his only beggoten Son that who ever believes in him may not die but have eternal life. John 3:16. Be bold and read on.
Dear Rabbi Manis, i am Christian but i followed this talk so immersed and impressed. Your perspective and interpretation of the essence of creation is so ground breaking and myth shattering. This lecrures puts the belivfe of God on a firm foundation and shocks the foundation of the fake belief of Atheism. Thank you sir !
Atheism isn't a belief.

I don't care what your holy book says. People assert that God is real. I say I'm not convinced. It's REALLY simple. Atheism is in NO WAY a belief system. And since it's not a belief system, there is nothing to be fake. @@j4y_37_____3

Thank you!
When I was a newborn, I opened my eyes, looked at my hands, and said to myself, "I'm here, now what"? It was my first thought of conscious existence and boredom. Immediately, I was given an answer. I heard, "I promise you a life eternal. This life will decide with me in Heaven or not". I was shocked. There is something more to this world ... than this world. Loved the, "not my dust" at the start. Classic.
Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. Rev 4:11. This is why everything was created.
Prove it! (and another verse from scripture ain't proof!)
@@robertdavidson8028 why?
@@sethflores1680 because if you can't ( which I and others think you in all probability won't be able to do - unless you've just discovered some evidence which would pass scientific scrutiny, which proves that any such personage definitely exists, then we will continue not to believe that for which there is no good evidence. As I have written elsewhere on this post ( further down if you look that far) a number of people - including Richard Carrier (an Ancient Historian) who I find the most convincing, have presented evidence that all Abrahamic religions owe much to pre-existing Pagan religions, which the adherents of the Abrahamic religions now reject as errant, whilst pressing their own claims as inerrant; all of which suggests that their, and therefore your claims, are at best questionable. For more about Richard Carrier and one of his books (which is relevant) please look further down the correspondence. Otherwise, please present proof, if you can!
Amen❤
So essentially what you are saying is that everyone who worships God, worships the pleasures he loves. Well this might explain atheism.
He’s not hiding! We are the problem because we don’t earnestly seek Him! His very creation is testament to His existence and Person.

Actually it's nonsense. No atheist has ever claimed that humans can create life out of dust to my knowledge, and would be silly to do so - it's a wildly misrepresentational idea; all that atheists claim is that there is, so far at least, insufficient evidence to believe that a god or gods exist. If anyone is open- minded enough to hear what I and many others consider to be some impressive historical evidence that Abrahamic religions (as well as others ) are based on myths then I would refer them to the posts of Richard Carrier - he's an american ancient historian, so large parts of what he talks about are to do with Christianity, but he also talks about the evolution of Judaism, and occasionally about islam also.

@@robertdavidson8028 many who call themselves atheists do not realize the definition of the term.
It would be an insult to refer to anyone as an atheist.
@@billlancaste6062 I think all or nearly all of them (apart from a few dimwits perhaps) know exactly what they mean. Atheism is only an insult in your mind, and from your standpoint; you never know (though you've convinced yourself you do) but you just might be wrong and we all end in oblivion once our life is over ; Mark Twain allegedly remarked something like "There's nothing to fear in death; I was dead for billions of years before I was born and it never did me the slightest harm."
You can take comfort from the fact that if I'm wrong you won't feel any niggling pain thinking or fretting about people like me in your blissfull afterlife, as there is a guarantee of no more death, pain or sorrow; but you could spend it singing in the longest choral concert ever (boredom was not mentioned), or doing whatever faithful Jews or Muslems do in their afterlife. Rabbi, I am a Christian but I also have a perspective on good and evil when evil people succeed and some good people suffer. In the end it’s all about his glory. It’s all about his power and it will be again him revealing himself to all to know who he is and how much he loves us. It will be revealed in every thing we do good or evil, everything we do daily has been in a way to add up to the revealing of himself. That he has the power over death and the giver of life. That we who believe in Him can live eternally and under his glory and power forever.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God so loved the world, he cursed the whole of humanity because one ancestor made a mistake. And then he drowned the entire world and every living thing on it because his own creations acted in accordance with the natures he himself gave them. Not to mention ordering the extermination of entire tribes - including children and babies; that is, when he's not doing it himself. Then he had to send his own son to be tortured to death to forgive himself to save people from his own wrath about them not believing in him. How anyone can read anything of the Old Testment and think God is a god of love beats me.
@@richardgregory3684Richard do you have children, are you a parent? Did you have to discipline them?
I have two children, and as they were growing up there were occasions when I had to send them to "time out",and on rare occasions they got a swath on their bottom ( when that happened we knew that the offense had reached an intolerable level- that's when I would say that my children experienced my "wrath") At no time did I not love my children , even in those circumstances, and I know my children knew and felt my love.
So does GOD disciplines, and shows rage when His creation steps over the lines; I know that from experience: God intervened in my life when I was a little girl, and I would have "telepathic " conversations with Him on any topic, and He raised me until I was 12 yrs old.
He intervened just before my 21st birthday when I could not cope with grief, and last time He intervened in 2012 when I was praying for GOD's mercy for my ...enemy. I know, I had read,or heard people ( must have been catholic bible) say that one should pray for their enemy. WRONG! As I was on my knees praying,God had sent an angel to take me before Him, in the clouds, where He was sitting on the throne ,shouting, angry, raving, asking me what I was doing. I referenced the catholic bible passage, but He angrily sent me back down into my body which was still kneeling. I still pleaded for mercy for my enemy, and God took me up again, and corrected me, angrily wondering how the catholics are making up traditions and falsehoods.
To make a long story short, He forgave me, my enemy didn't get the ultimate punishment that he deserved ( so, God showed mercy) Even though He was angry, shouting, pacing, I didn't feel fear, and when the dust settled , sort of speak , I felt His love, and peace.
That only begotten son is ISRAEL. Have you not read?
@@richardgregory3684I hope you might read that Bible thru-and-thru to understand better what God did and why.
