Iam always on with your instructions brother, iam now 13 years, I have pace, dribbling, kicks, skills, ball control but from Hyderabad in india , no academy nearby and no support from parents but with your instructions and some on my own my training improved a lot.. By the amount of training you do and how often you do it and how structured and organised it is, I can tell you have a great deal of fitness and you probably if you wish to can make it to a very high level if you dedicate yourself as you show it in this video. Wait.. did I hear that right.. 5 reps of each with and without the ball.. 3500-4000 yards depending on the dimensions of the pitch.. and it's interval training with sprinting.. he is a machine!
10 reps total my man, 5 reps with the ball, and 5 reps without :) Give it a try, it's a good workout!

Hey Michael! I have a question: in the last drill what counted as a rep? A diagonal run or when you got back to the starting point?
Hi mate! When you get back to the starting point, that's one rep. After 5 reps take a short break so you can do the remaining 5 at a good pace 👍

I need some tips on acceleration for example a certain drill that I can do each week and build up, also I have a match tmoro and could you do a daily routine of what you would do the day before a match. Anyways I enjoyed the video I'm going to use some of these drills :)

Quick question, how often should I do a beep test a week as I currently play semi pro?
Completely up to you mate. It's more of a fitness test than an exercise. You should be using it to track your progress every so often.
